Great pools and views from rooftop

This was a wonderful hotel and a great location. Very serene. We visited at the end of August. Not many kids around because schools had started. The rooftop deck with its restaurant amd amazing pool with ocean views was a treat. My only suggestion is to book rooms that are away from the elevators. We were in room 320 and every time the elevator area/ lifts were in operation ( which is all day and night long ), we could hear it in our room. At first we thought it was our neighbors upstairs, but once engineering came into the room and assessed the condition , they stated that that’s just the structure of the building. Otherwise, it was a relaxing five day getaway.

Nick was phenomenal, he gave the best recommendations on food and drinks. He also helped celebrate my birthday with a desert. This was by far the best restaurant experience we’ve had on our visit.

We stayed at this hotel for 11 nights. It was exceptional, hussein at front desk was fantastic, he was so helpful and charming. Kirsty manager at the Watr rooftop restaurant was fantastic and went above and beyond to look after us and Charles at the pool side was charming and friendly and always there when we needed him too! Whenever we needed something they was there to help. Best hotel in Miami and best location. The coffee shop on the hotel lobby is great and the restaurants are fantastic! The service was brilliant and we will definitely be going back!
