Dirty room...avoid

We were meant to stay here for 3 nights in March, but due to a cyclone we only arrived late on the final night...this was a blessing. The room we were given was just plain dirty...Im not fussy, but this was unacceptable. The staff were very slow at checkin, and really didnt seem to care about this, so we gave up and went to dinner. after settling in to bed, there was a knock on the door and an offer of a different room...way too late! i was promised a refund for the night, which i never received...thus the late review. I will include pictures to show the state of the mattress, curtains etc...thank goodness it was only 1 night

Easter Holidays at Aanari Hotel $ Spa

Aanari Hotel and Spa is one of my favourite place. I would never miss going there during all my trip back home. I had an amazing time during the Easter holidays. I was warmly welcomed by Kelvin whose professionalism and courteous manner made my check-in smooth. He was very friendly and made you feel like a VIP guest. He would follow up with you during your stay to ensure everything was ok. The whole staff team were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very cozy and clean. The room service was great. The food was sumptuous. The cuisine was excellent. Every evening featured a different theme buffet and you never get bored with the varieties of food. Of course, the desserts were so good. I had the opportunity to meet Vedna at the spa. The massage was very relaxing and I believe I even fell asleep. She was excellent. Thank you to the entire team at Aanari for making my stay a memorable one. I shall be back.
