Great service and housekeeping. The front desk staff have been excellent and have gone above and beyond to help us and always greeted us professionally. They even came to rescue in the middle of the night to search for a very loud gekko. We had a 2 bed villa with pool- private and very good size. Supermarket a very 5 min walk to and a great cafe at the hub where we walked and had breakfast and dinner. It’s a nice added extra to offer afternoon tea (tea and a cheese toastie), a big hit with the kids. The gym is run down and the food (breakfast and dinner) quality/ service could be improved. We are here for 5 nights and have very much enjoyed the stay. The kindness of the staff has been a highlight. Thank you! Easy to get grab/ taxis.

we had one day stay here. could not explore food of this hotel but rooms were huge and well maintained. clean and nice ambience.must go for it.the pool was clean. staff was polite. and washrooms were huge.location was great.highly recommended

A great hotel if looking for privacy,romance or relaxation. I booked this hotel on the advice of Tari who is at the sister hotel Mutiara in Seminyak,she is always correct with suggestions for me. Located in the hills above Jimbaran Bay a cooling breeze is always to be found. My suite room was clean and spacious with a lovely pool on my doorstep. The facilities include Gym,spa and restaurant. The spa was relaxing and the food,including breakfast was great. All of the staff were as I expected and made for a safe and memorable stay. I hope to return to Abi Bali in the future and thank you to all staff. Richard

The way to the hotel was dark and dangerous, lots of robbers on this road. We got robbed on the road at night. The staff will pay little attention to you, you will be alone solving the issues with the police. And the police will ask for your money to do the work, you need to reject to pay them. According to police, on the road outside of hotel, there are cases of lost motorbike, phone stolen everyday. The room was old, smelly, open air bathroom - easy for bugs and mosquitoes get inside. We got sick when staying there
