had 11 nights at this hotel customer service is poor, they don’t understand austisam and the food is awful and it wasn’t very warm and safe to i will not return, so i suggest the staff need training in disabilities and assisting them, entertainment is child friendly nothing for adults

Enjoyed the holiday overall Hotel- very nice and clean, staff friendly over all, only time waiter service is at the entertainment at night , entertainment at night was very good overall, 2 shops on site sell some British snacks and drinks, the arcade is very good and most stuff only 1 euro Food- the snack bar was standard with burger hot dogs pizza, I really enjoyed the chicken at the snack bar! We both struggled at night a few times , mostly fish every night! Breakfast was our favourite, sausage , bacon , hash browns was lovely , you need your room card to get into main restaurant, the cocktails were decent I thought , my personal favourite was the vodka sun Room- lovely room , on the 7th floor, wouldn’t be any good for people scared of heights, cleaner comes in everyday but doesn’t change towels everyday, plenty of coat hangers and space Pool- standard people putting towels out early around 8:30/8:45, but still some available 10ish, we went on the stage side , no ball games/ inflatables in the pool, loads of shade round the pool from trees which is annoying, lifeguard is good tbf always watching but does tell people off a lot

Just back from my 12 day family holiday, was my sons (22 months) first ever holiday and this was the perfect hotel Entertainment- CAN NOT FAULT! Lilies, Alberto and Javi always made time for us and our son, they worked so hard every day. So much energy and positive vibes. We loved the mini disco Have to give a shout out to Nico also, although we didn't interact with him, this guy is fire at dancing 🔥 Bar - Analiet was brilliant, she was always smiling. For an all inclusive hotel the cocktail are what you would expect. We didn't go for the all inclusive + but we're extremely satisfied none the less. One bartender dropped an ice on the bunkers and refused to put it back in the cup, Insisted they keep theyre standard of hygiene which is so refreshing to see Restaurant - food was exceptional, wide variety, even my fussy toddler always found something to eat. Was sometimes difficult to find a highchair but staff were quick to jump to action to find one. Restaurant was sooooo clean to the point that they didn't even touch the cutlery with their hands when setting tables. Snack buffet was nice as well, shout out to gaibril that worked morning to night, could see ye was a hard worker. Lobby bar - not part of the all inclusive so be prepared. We found this out one night being served by alihandro who was, abrupt. Rude, and make offensive hand gestures who shock the tip jar at us, despite us spending over £2000 for this holiday assumed we had no money. Pool was always in immaculate condition El honbre vine mañana (life gard at splash park) was phenomenal! My toddler fell under water a couple of times as toddlers do and the lifeguard always checked in to make sure he was OK which is so reassuring as a mother to know the lifeguard was doing the best possible job he could. Made me feel so at ease. Room - great size, travel cot was perfect which was something I was concerned about before arriving. Beautiful balcony with pool view. We had an issue with a/c but as soon as we went to reception it was fixed the following day. We also had an issue with how clean the room was. We were there for 12 days and beding was only changed once. 6 days into our holiday we had to ask for the floors, mirror to be cleaned, and toddler pillow did have holes in this.. after we had asked for this to be done. The cleaner started to give us 2 sets of towls instead of 3 and still wasn't cleaned to a standard. Considering we paid so much for our holiday and the rest of the facilities being held to such a high standard, we were disappointed with the room cleaning standards. Although I do have to mention, we did go to guest relations about the cleaning and it did get sorted the next day (to a degree) however guest relations did do their job, was extremely quick to respond to our email and send a condolences package to out room which did make us feel valid so very happy with their efforts. Overall an amazing holiday, despite my toddler having dirty feet everyday from room I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you so much abora for making our experience unforgettable. Lovely rooms can’t fault them, pleanty of space for a family of 3, very clean, cleaners stay on top of it (you don’t always get fresh towel though). The hotel doesn’t smell or anything, always smells fresh, and the staff are friendly The food is never 5* at places like this but it was good, there was a vast selection, but very repetitive. There’s plenty for kids. Our food was always warm never cold which was surprising. The all inclusive is worth it, there’s plenty of drink options and a snack bar open all day even into early hours of the morning, it is 2 drinks per person at a time. The evening entertainment is very repetitive for the kids but they loved it, there’s a show on every night or an event, this always finished around 10:30pm as i think they have to limit the noise. The poolside is clean, we mostly stayed on the stage side, there’s entertainment all through the day like water aerobics, shuffle board and water polo, there’s music but not booming, the only thing i didn’t like is the sun bed hoggers, there were many times we had to come down at 8am to get a sun bed and quite a few beds with towels on all day with no one on them, which wasn’t fair. We came for 10 days and on the last 3 days there must of been a football event on or something as the hotel was heaving with multiple young kids football clubs, this wasn’t great as they did take up half of the canteen and all of the pool when they were here which wasn’t great especially for the people with younger kids who just want to play without getting trampled on. All in all, i probably would return but maybe not at this time of year.

Had a lovely stay as a young couple: Pros: - clean rooms and bigger than expected - always sunbeds available at not silly hours - two lovely pools - animation team always up for something and are really nice - arcade, gym, shops and salon all on site - snack bar is amazing for food - big and modern complex - staff are very helpful - 10 min walk to the beach - 15 min walk to Yumbo - basketball and beach volleyball always open to play Cons: - food is nothing special but is okay and had no problems with it - breakfast is really nice however and lunch and dinner is pretty much always the same - “themed nights” need updating as only one special menu item is not enough - pools sometimes have weird foamy stuff in it and the lifeguards just ignore - hotel can be quite boring after a while if you don’t have young kids - toilets take ages to flush - shower sometimes flooded so towels had to be put down constantly (no bath/foot mat) Overall really good experience for a 4 star hotel and would defo come again! -
