Absolutely AMAZING Sanctuary

An amazing escape to get out of your day to day grind. The place is super comfortable, rooms and facilities are immaculate. The staff and the service are 5/5. I came for a reset, to get myself into a daily routine of exercise as I’ve been missing this with work and travel. It has been fantastic, the Yoga teacher Jana and Pilates teacher Kevin are super amazing, the schedule works really well, you can increase classes or massage if you need to do more. I would highly recommend this retreat for anyone needing to reset and focus on you and your health. The wellness kitchen has a great variety of food and drinks. After 8 days of pilates, yoga, meditation, salt room, steam and massage you are ready to go back to reality with routine and health. Thank you Absolute Sanctuary it has truly been AMAZING!

Pilates boot camp experience

I booked this fairly last minute - just two weeks before I arrived - and after completing the pilates bootcamp I cannot emphasise enough how much I loved the experience and how grateful I am that I did it. From the moment you arrive at Koh Samui airport, you are looked after by the team and the professionalism and kindness of everyone in the AS team is felt throughout the resort and experience: The rooms are simple and spotlessly clean with a really lovely bathroom space The meditation and yoga classes are treat - don’t skip these in the morning: they are a great way to start your day. Kevin the pilates instructor is incredible and taught me so much about the practice and my form. I’m a vegetarian so I loved all the food options and the team in the cafe are super friendly and efficient. The pool is the perfect place to relax between classes - get the pineapple zinger juice whilst you are there. The spa treatments are a nice inclusion and after doing so much exercise are a welcome addition to the itinerary. I travelled on my own and the majority of the crowd there was also made up of solo travellers. I am already planning my next trip - hopefully in November.

Absolute Sanctuary truly lives up to its name. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth, care, and the kind of hospitality that makes you feel at home even thousands of miles away. The staff were incredible, so attentive, kind, and genuinely accommodating. Whether it was helping with spa treatments, meals, room needs, or just sharing a smile and kind words throughout the day, their presence made a huge difference in my overall experience. The property itself is beautiful and peaceful the perfect setting for deep rest, wellness, and restoration. Everything from the food to the treatments to the daily practices was designed with intention and care. I felt safe, supported, and deeply nourished mind, body, and soul. If you’re seeking a true wellness retreat with heart, soul, and a team that truly goes above and beyond, I can’t recommend Absolute Sanctuary enough. I’ll definitely be back.
