This place was like paradise , It had the right balance between total relaxation, sports activities , animation team and evening entertainment . It is a small beautiful island , cleaned and maintained to a highest standard. All inclusive option , breakfast , lunch and dinner had variety and was lovely. All staff were extremely polite and professional . Bibo and mino you were amazing and so bubbly loved the WOO WOO. Cocktail bar staff you guys work hard and fast so well done . Our waiter sorry did not get your name was polite and welcoming so thank you. There was an unsavoury incident where a guest got so drunk he was becoming a danger to himself and other guests . This matter should have been dealt with swiftly as it was evident to all it could lead to a dangerous situation, hopefully lessons learnt on how to deal with situation more promptly. Saying that the following morning the manager JK dealt with the matter swiftly and so called guest was escorted off the island , so well done management . Finally a big thank you to JK for making our 30th wedding anniversary so amazing , adding already to a fantastic stay .

We had an amazing experience and stay at the island, our waitress Sabina Akhtar Rahman was a very hospitable and sweet host, there were numerous different types of cuisine to choose from and we had an amazing time as honeymooners, we also had a special cake for us!

Venue was perfect. Activities were great. All inclusive package is a must. Restaurant staff very friendly & looked after us greatly. Bar staff not friendly, communication skills are non existent, same applies to the Reservation Staff. Otherwise a great few days here.

We had a great experience in this hotel. We were a group of 11 people with a baby. The food was good with lots of options for picky eaters. Beach was fantastic! Highly recommend the snorkeling and the shark feeding trip. We had an issue with one of the rooms and the manager was very attentive to it. We were immediately given a new room and compensated. The team handled everything very professionally and the manager was checking on us every day. There was no gym but we played volleyball everyday which was great. There was free wifi which was also pretty strong, I managed to do a work call with no issue. It was also super nice that rooms were cleaned 2/3 times a day so that sand does not accumulate. Overall a great place for a family holiday. Highly recommend the resort for families with children and for relaxation. We would be back.
