Perfect staying

Will come back again. Perfect experience. I will recommend to everyone I know. The stuff is great all of them are young people! If you come with baby they will watch it for you. Pool is perfect always clean!the kitchen is tasty. Rooms are very practical :)

The hotel is amazing and very beautiful. The pool is clean and wonderful and the view is very beautiful. The staff also welcomed us in a nice and wonderful way. The place is quiet and the best place to relax and unwind. Overall, the place is great here.

We went as a family of 3..and had the most amazing stay at Adiwana suweta. The staff is very helpful and kind, attentive to the guests needs. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. The food at Tablespoon (in house restaurant) is top notch. The front desk hospitality esp of Miss Frima was very warm and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you are in Ubud. Very close to ubud center too.

Amazing honeymoon

We had a really amazing stay for our honeymoon at Adiwana Suweta. We stayed in one of the private villas which was beautiful. We have never stayed at a hotel like this, the staff are the friendliest we have ever come across, and the service is the best. If we ever had any queries the staff were all very accommodating to make sure we had the best possible stay. The place is very clean, the location is great and we will definitely be back. One of the highlights was the floating breakfast in our private pool, it’s a breakfast I’ll never forget. Thank you so much everyone, you made our honeymoon very special.

To be honest It wasn’t a pleasant stay for multiple reasons: 1-Cleanliness: It was awful,during my stay I have complained to them that I found dirty towels in my bath (brown stains)and still after few days I found dirty towels Which for me is not acceptable at all at 5 star stay!! Moreover,there were ants on my bed covers (Complaints was raised since day 1 but nothing has been done) 2-Concierge: Although they were nice and welcoming.Unfortunately,they weren’t helpful nor responsive to my inquiries.Many times I kept reminding them about my questions and still no answers. 3-Laundry: I gave them a dirty white top with mud (after my ATV experience),unfortunately due to their lack of basic cleaning methods my white top turned into brownish top (oh now I know why i keep getting dirty towels with stains :) 1/5 and the one star I gave it to the tablespoon staff due to their kindness
