Wonderful hotel

We just had unforgettable days at Adiwana Unagi in Ubud. From the spacious and beautifully decorated room (we stayed in a suite with a forest view), to the infinity pool (with relaxing floats), to the Ely's Kitchen restaurant with delicious dishes and excellent service (in addition to the beautiful ambiance), and especially to the hotel staff, always attentive and smiling. We were warmly welcomed and served by the dear Rika. Breakfast has several delicious à la carte dishes and can be enjoyed at any time of the day. I took an excellent yoga class in a setting with a breathtaking view. In short, everything was more than perfect at this hotel.

5 day trip to Bali. I stayed at this hotel for 2 days to experience Ubud. Room Type - Unagi Suite Positives: 1. Resort - 10/10 - Excellent place. It is not a big place. Made in steps with limited number of rooms. 2. Location - 10/10 - For us it was central. They provide you free shuttle service to Ubud Central Market which has multiple schedule timings. 3. Room - 9/10 - Clean and comfortable. Very spacious. I would suggest them to improve the furniture a bit to give a modern look. Our room was facing the fishes pond. 4. Bathroom - 10/10 - Clean and spacious. It was an open bathroom (no roof in the shower area). This is what we wanted. 5. Staff - 20/10 - Very friendly, smiling. Gede from the reception was excellent. Ensured our stay was smooth. They go out of the way to provide whatever they can. 6. SPA - 10/10 - Had an excellent and clean service. Really took attention to getting the muscles relaxed. Very quick service. 7. Service - 10/10 - Excellent. They support you throughout. Good part is they contact you via Whatsapp as well. Wherever you are, whatever you need, just send the message and consider it done. ------ Questions: 1. Is it value for money? Absolutely Yes! 2. Will I come back? Absolutely Yes!
