Our stay at Adiwana Unagi Suites was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home..always so warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and we truly felt like part of the family during our time here. The suite itself was beautiful, spacious, and perfectly maintained. We loved the peaceful surroundings and the serene atmosphere, which made our holiday in Ubud even more special. The breakfast and dining options were excellent, with fresh, delicious choices every morning. What impressed us most was the hospitality.. nothing ever felt too much trouble, and every request was handled with such care. It’s rare to find a place where service feels this personal and heartfelt. We left with the most beautiful memories and cannot wait to come back again. Thank you, Adiwana Unagi Suites Family, for making our Bali holiday so memorable. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Ubud!

Always a pleasure to stay here. The staff is so attentive and nice, always making sure there's nothing missing. Everything was top notch, from check in, to the room setup, the bed, the surroundings. I can't wait to be back!

What a beautiful hotel. From the friendliest of staff greetings. We had pool access room. Room was outstanding. Bed and pillows the best. Gardens so lush. The frogs at night. A frog is on pot to right as you walk down. Breakfast alacarte so a little different but very nice. We caught shuttle into town. Oops Restaurant. Tablespoon. So good.

Absolutely amazing stay! The villa is spacious, the pool is huge with lovely blue sky water. The breakfast is great as well as the dinner with live music by talanted singer!
