Feedback on My Stay This was my first stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the overall experience. I stayed for 7 days and faced several issues: Breakfast & Food Quality: The complimentary breakfast options are very limited and repetitive. The fruits served were of poor quality, and overall food standards need improvement. Staff Behavior & Service: The staff seemed more money-minded than guest-oriented. The personnel at reception were not courteous or professional, which leaves a poor first impression. Service requests often took longer than expected. Value for Money: Considering the service quality, food, and staff behavior, the stay did not feel worth the price charged. Suggestion: I sincerely hope the hotel management works on staff training, improving food quality, maintaining better cleanliness, and focusing on hospitality. A little more professionalism and guest care can make a huge difference.
