Absolute Dump, we were given a room at the very top of the hill which to my opinion was not fit to even be a storeroom. the air conditioning was just a case on the wall with no inside, the shower came out of everywhere except he head, the water pressure was non existent, the bed frame was a foot longer than the mattress, the front door must have been kicked in that many times that i didnt lock properly, there was a large diesel generator hammering away everyday just outside the back seating area, but thats ok because there was so much dirt and bugs out there you couldn't sit outside anyway. We were there nearly a week before we even saw a cleaner. These are just a few of the complaints i had to take to reception but the size of the que everyday with people complaining made it even worse. The manageress blatantly lied about getting it sorted or giving you another room it was unbelievable. This place is an utter discrace. I could go on all day about this and the amount of money it cost. Just one last thing THERE IS NO RENOVATION PLAN, its just another lie. The drinks in the bar were similar to non alchoholic drinks with very little choice.. Believe me People DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE.

Make sure you don’t go down the blue water slide or you will cut your head open and need 5 stitches because of how useless the life guards are!!

To begin with we couldn't fully open the door to the bedroom as the bed was in the way, and neither could we shut it as it just wouldn't stay closed. Great start to the holiday. There was also only one cup and glass tumbler for 2 adults, the milk was out of date showing 02 October - this didn't really bother us as we had coffee / tea in the dining room / pool bar. We were without a bathroom light for 3 days despite my complaining 6 times to management. It was only after a telephone call to Easy jet and one more complaint from me that they decided to fix it for us. I wear contact lens so it was really important that was able to see what I was doing in a clean environment. Also showering in the dark was no mean feat !! The floor in the shower was very slippery when wet, the grouting on the tiles and sealant around the shower unit and shower door were absolutely filthy. The mirror was also covered in rust spots as was the toilet brush holder. We did not have our room cleaned at all - the toilet nor the sink were cleaned only the bins emptied. We had to ask for clean towels as none were automatically left for us - we shower every day so clean dry towels were a must. The sheet was stripped off our bed after day 3 and a clean one left for us to make up - I thought that was part of the cleaners service to do that? The pool outside our door (337) was dirty - the tiles on the bottom of the pool were covered in green slime so there was no chance that either of us would ever swim in there. The pool bar ladies toilets were absolutely disgusting - no seats on any of the toilets, no hot running water, no soap and no hand towels. We had to use toilet paper to wipe our hands - absolutely not hygienic! The areas around the pool bar were not hosed down at any time of our visit so all the drinks that had been tipped left sticky marks with shoes almost sticking to the ground! Staff were surly and unfriendly except for the animation team who were really good fun and tried very hard. No children's club or entertainment except a mini disco for half an hour each evening. No problem to us as we did not have children but it was advertised on their website. The entertainment was dire so we happily skipped that most evenings. Drinks were ok although some of the bar staff were quite rude. Good choice of food and it was ok although invariably cold. However you could see the hotel was closing down as they did not renew the coffee or drinks/ wine machine when they run out. People were openly vaping in the pool bar when it clearly stated no smoking etc yet the staff allowed them to carry on. The shuttle bus continually broke down while we were there which was very inconvenient for people with less mobility than us as it was a good 2k trek into Kos Town. The only thing "good" about this hotel is the amazing views. They were spectacular! There was no gym or spa as advertised on their website - enquiries revealed there hadn't been these facilities for a few years so obviously their website needs updating. Selling a hotel with these amenities to people is false pretences and certainly I was looking forward to using the spa and it was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. We have stayed in better 2 star hotels than this one even though it is rated 4 star. I would be hard pushed to rate it a 2 star to be honest and that's only because of the beautiful views. If you're thinking of holidaying in Kos - avoid avoid avoid this hotel, it is filthy!

On arriving at the hotel late at night the reception looked lovely and welcoming however that warm welcome was short lived several couples were abruptly ordered to follow a member of staff to find our rooms in convoy up a very steep incline with our rooms . The rooms were the best with what can only be described has extremely dated and definitely not of 4*standard there were water stains on everything mould hairs what looked like someone had sneezed in the shower and was stook to the shower wall the toilet seat werent attached correctly and moved constantly to tired from the travel and trek up the huge steep hills and steps to the rooms just climbed into bed and was planning to discuss the hygiene issue with reception the following morning , on waking the following morning was even more unimpressed by the fact it was looking more like this room had just had a quick flick before we arrived as found make up and hair on the bed sheets that werent from us yuck .on raising the issues with reception we was told they would send the cleaner however the only time we had the cleaner for the entire time we were there was to empty the bin no cleaning was ever done one the third day we arranged to go on a boat trip to be away from the hotel and we stayed in kos town for evening meal to avoid the hotel on returning late into the evening we returned to our room completely flooded my luggage and several items of clothing were soaking i made the long trek back to reception to report this and was greeting by a young girl on reception who when faced with a problem looks like a rabbit in headlights she phoned the manager for advise on what she should do and was told to give us a new room a totally unhelpful due to her finishing her shift she passed me the room key and told me to move my things and find security to help find the new room after me and my partner packing and lugging soaking wet luggage around for over half a hr we finally found said security who was to busy to help watching a clip on his phone the morning after i went to reception to hand in our old room key to my surprise the reception was expecting us to return to that room has the water had been cleaned this place is nothing but a dump run by clowns who have no respect for anyone not one person apologied for the damage to our clothes or luggage or offered to help when i asked to speak to management about the terrible week and why no one had document the complaint the management lied to my face and said she was unaware the staff and management find it amusing that people complain and laugh in your face and explain theres nothing you can do about it due to no record of it but also say to you they have a policy of keeping records this place wants shutting down for poor management and hygiene and should be avoided at all cost this was advertised as a 4*all inclusive holiday with ala carte restaurant a spa with indoor pool jacuzzi and snack bar this place has none of these facilities. Everything is mouldy broke or just doesnt exist the shuttle out of there you have to fight your way onto a list the night before and the bus breaks down constantly.

Stayed at this hotel beginning of Oct... Do not go there it is dirty everywhere, dangerous slippery floors! When it rains the bar staff don't bother wiping seats and tables when rain stops! They employ thieves as I had two items stolen from my room ( other people have said they had items stolen) food is luke warm, cocktails are too sweet. Reception staff are rude and do not take accountability for anything you say. We had 2 days left after my items were stolen and I told them not to have the cleaners in my room... they didn't clean they just went through my items. We have told EasyJet that they need to visit this hotel as 4 star this is definitely not, I wouldn't give it a 2 star. We were told it's under new management and having a refurbishment... we should have been told this before we booked also they could have cleaned, looked after us paying customers and not looked moody or be rude to customers... people work hard to afford to go on holiday and expect some level of respect, cleanliness and feel safe... I had none of that and was very disappointed! The mini bus broke down several times so if you needed to be somewhere at a certain you would probably had been late! I have had loads of holidays and I can say this is the worse place I have ever stayed!! My friend that came on this holiday as reported all the issues with EasyJet and sent pictures and they were great but they do need to see this hotel with their own eyes! They did compensate us a little but it wasn't about the money we needed to let them know what they are selling... it is a disgusting hotel But it has so much potential owed and run by someone and staff that actually give a s --- about their customers.
