Akana Boutique Hotel

Great little hotel. Staff are an absolute credit. Clean hotel and breakfast was very good. Nice view from the balcony and close to the beach. Quite a few bugs but it’s Bali. The only thing I would have a grumble about is the pillows are so hard. These really need changing. Once this is done it would be perfect.

During our recent two-week visit to Bali, we stayed at Akana Boutique Hotel for four nights, and it was a truly lovely way to begin our adventure. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They were always happy to assist with directions, recommendations, and any questions we had. Their hospitality set the tone for our entire stay in Bali. The location is ideal — an easy walk to the beach and surrounded by excellent local restaurants. We appreciated the complimentary use of bicycles, although they could benefit from better maintenance. The pool area is beautiful and inviting, complete with an outdoor shower — a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. One of the most special touches was returning from a scheduled tour to find our room decorated in celebration of our birthdays. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made us feel incredibly valued as guests. Akana Boutique Hotel was a lovely and memorable start to our two-week holiday in Bali. We are grateful for the kindness shown to us and the care taken to make our stay special.

Great location with only a short walk to the beach and it’s surrounded by fantastic food options. This was our second time at Akana and we definitely have plans to come back again this year. This beautiful boutique hotel is far better than the any of the larger resorts we have stayed in - purely because it's a more intimate experience, the welcoming staff and the attentive service. The rooms have everything you need and we cannot fault the cleanliness. A huge special thank you to all the staff who have made our stays so welcoming. We look forward to seeing you all again this year.

We really enjoyed our stay at Akana. The room was very spacious and comfortable, the outdoor bathroom was a nice novelty, and the staff were very friendly. The Sanur beach and promenade are an easy walk away, and there are loads of restaurants and pubs to choose from nearby. I would stay there again.
