Akron Seascape Resort, a member of Brown Hotels

Lovely from the moment we arrived. Staff go above and beyond, we had a toddler with us and they were all so patient and helpful! Slightly quiet in October but still amazing. Food was fresh every day and had a good selection, especially for our little boy. Rooms were spotless and the entire resort was too. We honestly couldn’t fault the place - staff were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met and work so hard! Will definitely return, probably during the warmer months ☺️

Not 4 star .stairs to room unlit from 10 pm reported 4 times nothing done.on leaving 7am same positively dangerous.only pool bar open .cold in evenings.repetitive food.staff really good but management non existent

This is definitely not a 4 star unfortunately the location is great and the breakfast were amazing and great variety unfortunately there was an awful lot of wasps around the fruit but that isn’t the staff’s fault but I think more could be done to try and prevent it. The pool are is lovely except for broken tiles and just needing a little bit paint on the beds but it is the end of the season. The room we had was terrible the stairs were coming away from the wall, the fridge only worked now and again but the socket was hanging out of the wall, there was flaking paint and skirting boards not attached, the light on the stairs didn’t work this was reported but it never got sorted , the shower had no hot water, we were told to leave it running for half an hour that did work but still luke warm. The toilet kept flushing it self, only 2 channels on the tv. Some of the staff were lovely bar and cleaning but some were unhelpful and rude.

My previous review was deleted as the reply made me out to be a nasty person. This hotel was not a 4* and needs to be downgraded. The swim up rooms are nice but it's hit and miss. If you go left over the bridge your ok. If you are taken right then some of them have been designed to " add more" for extra money. We had tons of issues with our room and eventually got moved 4 days later even though there were many available. But we were always told " they were booked"..They were not Food is "ok" not much variety. Staff in the hotel are great at the Food and beverage areas really friendly. The restaurant manager a lady there was fantastic. Management are really sub par and on many occasions were seen just getting hammered at the bar. Really disappointed at their attitude and the way they dealt with "genuine" issues. I'm not talking "pools cold" and "there's no chips" issues. I'm talking room safety, as in electrical faults, doors and windows not locking and leaks. The place could do with an overhaul of painting, new sunbeds and a clean up of metal and wood around the pool area. Overall photos are fake from the owners. This will probably be deleted but my suggestion would be, save your money on the All Inclusive, go local and eat and drink out. Waste of money for what we got.

Disappointing. Not as shown in the photos or descriptions. Good location, but horrible tourist town and poor accommodation
