Beautiful Beautiful Experience!!!!!!!

HOSPITALITY PLUS!!! I find it very hard to single out any staff at this resort because every single one of them were beautiful people full of love, happiness and support. From the moment you pull up to the resort you are surrounded by staff so eager to assist, to greet you, to take your bags to make you feel special, just amazing!!!! We booked through Luxury Escapes and have not looked back! May I send an extra special thankyou to LUVI and WULAN, how amazing were these beautiful souls, gorgeous, kind, helpful absolutely bent over backwards to do anything to make our stay soo special, we wanted to take them home with us!!!! The other 2 gorgeous ladies were BINTANG and AYU, they equally made our stay here sooo special, ALL of these ladies are a credit to your Organisation, they all worked so well together and we LOVED getting to know them...Thankyou soooo much!!!! To the village, what amazing happy people you all are, the parade was sooo special, thankyou for allowing us to share your love with us. To the chefs...OMG the BARRAMUNDI and ROAST PUMPKIN SOUP was to die for!!!! The entertainment, the 15 year old girl that played the instrument, I don't know what it was called but she played on Tuesday the 17th of March, she was sooo talented and equally the singer with the acoustic guitar on the Wednesday night, 18th of March, boy could he play and sing!!!! Finally to the staff in the Day SPA. My 1st 90 minute full body massage my wife and I had on Thursday the 19th of March at 10am, my goodness, you respected my privacy with the towels took away any embarrassment I was feeling because I was 65 and having my 1st massage....THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU....I will forever have this massage again because of you, your technique was incredible. Sorry for the long post BUT I truly felt like a King for 3 nights, do yourself a favour and just book!!! You will soon write a review like me!!!!❤️❤️❤️

A Serene Jungle Escape

I had a wonderful 5 nights at Aksari - it was my first time solo travelling, and the staff and beautiful setting made it an incredible and memorable experience. Everything you could need is provided for, and nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are so welcoming and friendly. I had a number of transfers to activities outside the resort organised by the Aksari team (particular thanks to Wulan and Okta) who made the experiences seamless. I found the room to be clean and well maintained, with a lovely outlook to the jungle and river. There is a wide range of food and drink options at the restaurant and the quality was excellent. The pool area was a beautiful space to spend the day reading. I particularly enjoyed morning yoga with Wida on the rooftop, and found daily spa treatments a wonderful way to relax and unwind. The resort itself is secluded and quiet, creating a peaceful atmosphere amongst nature, but still within easy access to ubud centre should you wish to explore. I really enjoyed my time at Aksari and only wish I stayed longer - I will definitely be back!

We loved the place. Staff were friendly and rooms clean and the atmosphere so relaxing. Yoga with Wadi was a treat. We’d never done yoga before but Wadi was patient and her instructions clear so for first timers we could not have asked for more. Thank you

A great view, but the stay is overrated

The hotel is somewhat distant from the center of Ubud, providing a tranquil retreat in the woods. However, the room facilities could use some improvement. For instance, the doors and windows are not properly sealed, allowing insects to enter. Additionally, the shower enclosure isn’t adequately sealed, leading to water leaking into the bathroom. The mattresses in the twin rooms are also a bit small, and the hairdryer emits a squeaky sound when in use. On the bright side, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast, a hot tub, and complimentary yoga sessions for guests.
