A wonderful Dubai experience in a beautiful hotel

Came home this morning from eight days at this fabulous hotel Extremely high calibre in every aspect and I would highly recommend a stay if you are visiting Dubai The place is pristine and all staff are exceptional and industrious We had the all inclusive package and the accommodation on floor eleven was fantastic with breathtaking views of the creek The food was excellent in the salt and pepper buffet restaurant as it was in Morgan’s gastro pub We also ate in Gusto Italian restaurant and had lunch at the poolside on floor thirteen on several occasions The location is excellent as a base for exploring the delights of Dubai In summary this is our third visit to Dubai in recent years and it was made extremely pleasurable by the efforts of all at the hotel A very big thank you to everyone for a marvellous experience John Thomson

Excellent value for money. The hotel itself is great, very clean. The breakfast is very good but for me it was a small issue that breakfast close early (10:30) .. i wake up late… but for other it maybe ok. Very clean restaurant and variable food, fresh. The room r very good all what u need u have and it is luxury like 4/5 . But for the price it is super good value for money. It have free parking… eqsy to navigate. Small kids area to play.. pool on top roof is nice but small pool.. location is good.. not bad… They also have a free shuttle bus for three important locations on of them is dubai mall.. so if u don’t have a car it is ok. Staff r very good… Thank u

This Hotel is just right for Dubai, we Used the water Taxi 🚕 to the Old Towen and the Markets.We must thank Dee at the tourist desk He was very helpfull. We went the Plam and went through on the Fast Track and it was relly good. The is just what you need for a short stay in Dubai the breakfast Was graet and use the Arabic corner lovely food. Please also saythanks to Sarkar in the Resaurant. Wonderfull Hotel would come again. Peter

One of the best hotel!

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Everything was superlative! I booked a 75sqm apartment, with a living room and bedroom, two bathrooms and all the utilities you need for an excellent stay. Coffee (various varieties), tea, water, daily, provided by the hotel. Exemplary cleanliness in all areas. Infinity pool on the 13th floor, with an incredible view. The food, excellent and varied. The hotel staff with special attention to customers. Thank you for the hospitality! We will definitely return to this hotel. I recommend!

Great staff and location!

This is a nice hotel and is located in a more interesting area of Dubai, away from the more recent tourist locations. The staff here are great, always willing to help. The hotel is clean and has an excellent view from the swimming pool. The only negative was that sometimes could get a light smell of smoke when we first walk into the room which was a non smoking room. This may be due to the way the AC system is connected or someone was smoking where they should be.
