There were 3 of us who stayed at this hotel in November 2024. Unfortunately, despite booking for 3 people, we were given a room for 2 people and one person clearly did not have a bed and after our repeated follow-ups, they gave us a mattress so that one person could sleep on the floor!!! They told us that they would provide a bed tomorrow but they did not do so until the last day. The hotel reception is good and respectful. The hotel breakfast is served in a 12-meter room with two or three food items!!! The omelette is not free and has to be paid separately. The cleanliness of the rooms is also not appropriate. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel to families and as a good experience.

My experience for the stay at Al Khaleej hotel was excellent and peaceful, I really enjoyed everything and best part of the hotel is the staff they greet and help guest in a very good manner special thanks to MR Haseeb he assisted me in all way with the good gesture 😊

We at Al Kahleej Palace have 88 rooms which are 600 square feet of luxury out of which 21 king rooms, 51 twin rooms and 18 suites, each room is interconnected so it is good for families. our rates will include breakfast, wifi and Dubai airport transfers complimentary to terminal 1, 2 & 3.
