I booked 2 rooms in Al Manar grand apartments from 15th to 24th March 2026. Due to ongoing geopolitical tensions, I cancelled my bookings and am literally begging them to refund. They are harassing me and not issuing my refund. I had also booked hotels in Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah and they all immediately issued me 100% refund because everyone understands the current situation in UAE. While the UAE govt is helping people, the hotels are merely hell bent upon making business and profits in such times when the world is facing disaster. Always remember, business is built upon trust and such actions lead to believe that we should not have trusted with our bookings. In your website, it’s clearly mentioned we can get 100% refund if we cancel before 7 days of Checkin. Before 9 days of Checkin , I applied for cancellation and you guys are harassing us in such difficult times. It’s the moral responsibility to help people in such times. Never book in this hotel, they cheat people and harass customers even during times of crisis. No humanity at all !!! Also intentionally they stopped reverting to my messages and every time my husband calls, they are not issuing refund rather troubling us. Business without any business ethics !!
