Amazing hotel and lovely staff, spotless!! Only complaint is that they had no hot chocolate for my grandson!! Entertainment staff were amazing!! Restaurant staff couldn't do enough for us!! Make sure the tours are suitable for you ie walking distance. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

We spent a week here 3-10 April 25. We arrived having booked 2 interconnecting rooms, reception were a nightmare, didn’t speak much English and were quite unhelpful, we did end up with the rooms we wanted but this was by chance as the lady told us they weren’t interconnecting but when we got to the rooms it turned out they were. Food is very average and repetitive, we did manage to find something to eat every day but it wasn’t very tasty. They do have an ice cream and waffle cafe and also a patisserie which were both nice. Staff were ok, none of them spoke much English so we did struggle to be understood. I took my granddaughter to the kids club, I did stay with her and it was very disappointing, the girls that ran it didn’t speak English and used Google translate to talk to me, zero interaction with the kids and only wanted to upsell t-shirt painting at 25 euro!! Evening entertainment was ok, mini disco followed by bingo a few nights a week, 5 euro a person, karaoke or a show. Overall we had a pleasant stay, the pools are ice cold though. Wouldn’t return, previously stayed at Numa Bay which is 200m away and that was amazing.

The resort is very nice and definitely a popular resort with lots of things to do and a lot of entertainment you can enjoy throughout the night and day. The entertainment team are very kind and very respectful and help you with any problems you may have

My room was clean, spacious, and modern. Housekeeping cleaned daily and restocked everything on time. The restaurant offered delicious food with many options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The waiters were polite and fast. The spa and wellness center were excellent. I enjoyed the sauna, Turkish bath, and a relaxing massage. The spa staff were professional and caring. The fitness center was well-equipped and clean, great for a workout. The pool area was large, with enough sunbeds and clean towels always available. Room service was fast, and the food arrived hot and fresh.

I recently stay in this incredible five star hotel and everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, and alway willing to help with a smile. The check in process was smooth and quick. 🥰🤗🫠
