Official Description

The hotel is located in in Avsallar area with a private beach, only 500 metres away (available shuttle service to beach every 15 min till 06:00 pm). It is only 1& half hours drive from Antalya Airport. This hotel was built in 2013 consisting of laminated-flooring 803 rooms, equipped with a balcony, 40'' LCD TV, safe, central air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with bath accessories. The hotel features unique and amazing pools which were designed in a way for all guests to enjoy and relax plus an indoor heated pool added for guest' comfort in cold weather. There is also a children pool located in the miniclub where parents can watch their kids at any time. Guests may energize for the day in the onsite gym or make use of the car hire service to explore the surrounding areas.

Been to this hotel twice now first one being 6 years ago and can see why some people have mentioned some parts are getting bit dated (like the rooms ) The best part of this hotel is it's fantastic pool area never struggled to get a lounger and pool perfect temperature. The staff are friendly if you take the time to smile to them and have some manners they work hard and have to deal with some rude ignorant people which we witnessed. The downside of this hotel (same previously) is it's food . It is definitely not 5 star rating we have ate at lower stars in turkey and have been impressed. Having said that the price again and over all value for money out weighs this and we took extra and so we could eat out in the evenings . So all in all we enjoyed our week. If you get this hotel at a good price I would definitely book

Lovely stay for a family of 10! Fabulous entertainment and service.

At first, we were quite apprehensive when reading all the bad reviews however, after our own stay, we felt it was necessary to share our experiences. It’s important to be aware that we were travelling as a group of 10 being much harder to accommodate. All of the staff were warm and welcoming at all hours of the day, making friends with the guests. The store owners all gave fair prices and we felt we could trust them with our money - especially at the bag store. Staff at the hammam were also extremely accommodating to our needs. In terms of the food, there were 4 pool side snack bars and a buffet for all 3 meals of the day, ending with a midnight buffet till 3am! Drinks available at all times and places - mocktails and ice cream were also included. Different local delicacies freshly prepared and offered in mealtimes, serving Turkey’s rich culture to us in every dish. The Minibar was replenished everyday with water and a variety of soft drinks. Entertainment was up to the highest standards of any hotel we have ever visited. Daily with a Kids club, pool games, Aqua yoga and in the evening an astonishing animation team who depicted the history of Turkey. If any improvement some foods were repeated more than once and maybe the decor could be modernised.

NEEDS BIG IMPROVEMENTS

The resort in itself was average, standard rooms that were not appealing as other resorts have to me. I stayed there with a family and did not find anything to a great standard, service was poor and horrendous; had to call the reception desk many times with no answers, lost electricity in the room. There were limited activities in the resort with the requirement to purchase other things, nothing was always provided; there was payable ice creams and drinks when it should have been free. The staff were very poor and rude. All in all, if anyone wants to go this resort should be prepared to experience this low level of service, food at a poor standard and quality, with the same kind of dishes served 24/7. The only good thing of this resort was the pool side, other than that it was definitely not worth the stay or penny to spend on.

As I am a Canadian citizen booking from Canadian website,so, booked from Jun 11th to 15th,called them as I am leaving from the Antalya Airport late night, making sure my room is ready, but, they(front desk people) declined my booking even I have all booking# and Itinerary#, I was close midnight and after a long flight this is the last thing you want to hear, so called my 3rd party very famous website to resolve,they called them,they finally said to them, My name is Turkish origin which is very racist , because of that they can't take me in,even very strong 3rd party couldn't convince them, I was left on a street passed midnight, exhausted,tired, it was a nightmare, I ended up finding another hotel by paying triple cost,you must be careful with this resort before booking.
