The hotel is located in in Avsallar area with a private beach, only 500 metres away (available shuttle service to beach every 15 min till 06:00 pm). It is only 1& half hours drive from Antalya Airport. This hotel was built in 2013 consisting of laminated-flooring 803 rooms, equipped with a balcony, 40'' LCD TV, safe, central air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with bath accessories. The hotel features unique and amazing pools which were designed in a way for all guests to enjoy and relax plus an indoor heated pool added for guest' comfort in cold weather. There is also a children pool located in the miniclub where parents can watch their kids at any time. Guests may energize for the day in the onsite gym or make use of the car hire service to explore the surrounding areas.

DO NOT LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS I MADE THAT MISTAKE I TOOK A GAMBLE AND HAD THE BEST HOLIDAY OF MY LIFE WITH MY FAMILY!

I was very put off of this holiday by the reviews and I am so glad to say I DID NOT LISTEN it was my first holiday with my two children and it was safe to say this hotel has to be one of the most welcoming and supporting hotels I couldn't of asked for any more ALL the staff was absolutely amazing especially with the kids!!!!! the atmosphere in the hotel is absolutely phenomenal!! The food was great always something to cater for everyones tastes!!!! they ALWAYS had things going off like pool party acrobatics bingo shows inflatables in the water foam parts the list goes on !!!!11 IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A NICE FAMILY HOLIDAY THAT IS ALSO LOCAL TO SO MANY THINGS THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY !!!!!! The rooms was Always cleaned it was always so spick and span. amazing value for money definitely The noise level from other hotels was very minimum Also the location to everything was less than a 10min walk overall 100/100 will be returning again in June for 2 weeks

Lovely relaxing break!

Hotel makes a very grand first impression with its impressive lobby area. My room was clean and of a good standard. I read reviews about issues other guests had with the food. I found food at the main meal times to be hot and a good variety, however as the days went on it became very repetitive as it was the same offering presented in the same way everyday! Pool area and entertainment was lovely... Hotel is located close to local amenities.

Not 5* - Better off going to Blackpool

Not 5*, at best 3* with various faults! Iv reported all the issues but with unsatisfactory response! Indoor pool closed - No mention of this before booking. Used as a dumping ground. Heavy plant machinery left in corridor- no barriers or signs. Kids would play in this area so unsafe. Gym equipment broken and machines dated. Unsafe for use. Air con not working in the gym. Food- basic and lacked flavour Ice cream and popcorn chargeable extras even though paid for all inclusive. Drinks- good drinks, cocktails, tea/coffee machines kept stocked up. Waterpark looked good!! Beach ok but not allowed to walk along beach front as different hotel own small sections.

Worst hotel ever!!! Do not book!!! Hotel looks like a prison, the staff aren’t helpful in any way, they staff have numerously threaten to cause serious harm and eventually physically assault you. It’s definitely not 5* stains on the carpet, lifts don’t work, if you have mobility or health issues, look elsewhere they won’t facilitate anything. They lie their way out of a complex situation, they don’t tell you anything soon arrival, only what your room number is, then claim they told you everything, the rooms are awful, they say the stock the fridge daily but that’s clearly untrue. They claim WiFi is throughout (free WiFi in public areas) but this is not only not true. It’s also when you do get it it’s so unreliable you cannot use it. Don’t bother trying to get love holidays to sort it because the believe the hotels lies over your actual problem. Again do not book, worst ever hotel, wouldn’t recommend love holidays either
