Extremely disappointing experience at a so-called 5-star hotel I stayed at this hotel at the end of October and the beginning of November 2025. Although it is advertised as a 5-star hotel, my experience was far from that. The first room I was given was dirty, with ants crawling in the bed. The staff did change my room, but even the new one had dust and dirt left by previous guests — the shelves were dirty, and the sink had visible marks from an electric toothbrush that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The shower corner was moldy and unhygienic. The food was almost the same every day, and the late-night snack was served cold. I understand it was the end of the season, but that should not be an excuse — guests are still paying for a 5-star service. A very concerning issue happened at the children’s aqua park. I would like to warn other mothers traveling without a partner: the lifeguard there was behaving completely inappropriately, flirting with women instead of watching the children. He repeatedly ignored what “no” means and even suggested that I leave my child alone to go with him to the changing room. This was absolutely unacceptable and made me feel unsafe. When I reported this incident, the only response I received was that the manager was not in the hotel, and I was asked whether I had taken a picture. There are cameras everywhere, and it should be easy to identify the staff member. Overall, this was a frightening and extremely disappointing experience. I expected a safe and clean environment from a 5-star hotel, but unfortunately, this stay did not meet even basic standards. I truly hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves both cleanliness and staff behavior. I would not recommend this hotel to families or solo female travelers until these problems are properly addressed.
