Beautiful hotel, great small suite, excellent breakfast. Didn't use any of the other amenities. Staff were lovely.

Brilliant Hotel in the heart of Albufeira we were very impressed with the size of the room and how comfortable the room was. The hotel had some great facilities and the Spa facilities were fantastic. The hotel and the rooms were kept to a really clean standard and the service from all the staff was fantastic. Noise Levels in the hotel were to a really good standard allowing guests to relax day and night. This hotel is all round very good value for money and we have booked to return again in March 2026. Can't wait to return thank you for a fantastic holiday

Location is okay as long as you can walk. Great little bar at the end of the street. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. However our kitchen and bathroom were overrun with ants , we reported this but nothing done. The corridor on our floor had lots of water leaking from the roof , no slip warning signs. We had pools of water on the floor and buckets along the corridor we reported how dangerous this was but no action taken in the 2 weeks we were there. The hotel was busy for the first 10 days so there was a buffet and we were half board. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice, evening meal was high quality produce but extremely bland and not much choice. We only had dinner one evening at the end of our stay because of low numbers it was a set menu and nothing we liked so we went out which cost extra. I wasn't expecting to have to pay 100 euro deposit on arrival which was a large part of my spending money, also still waiting for it to be returned to me. I really wouldn't go back to this hotel, unfortunately our experience wasn't good on this occasion.

What a hotel..we came for 10days from Xmas eve to the 3rd of jan, we done a package holiday with easy jet and have no complaints at all, everything went like a dream and easyjet sorted everything out right from silver zone parking right upto our private transfer, we did not have to go all through them separately as easyjet done all that for us in one place which made it really easy and stress free...the hotel was absolutely lovely and clean, the rooms was spacious and very clean to, food was amazing and plenty choice..and most of all the staff were very friendly and very helpful....location very good many local restaurants and bars around and the main strip around about 10minute walk...would I come back again 100% I would, we are looking in coming back christmas again, newyear was also something else to what a experience to be part of that....
