4th time staying here . Missed the last two years with other holidays . Kids wanted to c on e back this year and it didn’t disappoint. Super experience all round ! One piece of advice use the uber app. Food was good only eat there the odd lunch time, breakfast was good . Staff so accommodating & helpful. Had super fun with two 16 year olds once again. Most relaxing holiday in years. Check in /out so easy. Make sure to check the facilities & grounds across the road also and access to the beach on the other side. Can’t wait to go back 🤗

We stayed in Alto da Colina for one week with our 9 year old son. Found the hotel very clean and staff extremely friendly. Check in was smooth and quick, grateful for this after a long delay at the airport with passport control. We were too early for our room but left our luggage with reception and had a walk around to find the pool, playground, slides and mini market etc had some lunch in the Tavern and then our room was ready. Had a room on 4th floor great view, large balcony, full kitchen. Found all the pools to be good my son loved the slides and the splash area. We ventured across the road to Alfagar village to use the pool there one day but found it a lot busier than our hotel. Walked through Alfagar village to the beach, lovely walk but can be slippy underfoot and steps are steep on return. We stayed B&B so ate out in the evenings. Breakfast was fresh and good selection. Staff are friendly, helpful and great with children, special mention to Natalie at reception. And a big thank you to Omar in the Tarven bar, he helped us out one evening and was so professional and courteous. I would recommend this hotel and would return.

Amazing family holiday!!

Fabulous Hotel with very helpful & friendly staff. We booked a sea view room and were given a 1st floor apartment with a huge balcony and an amazing view. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and was cleaned every 2 days, the beds were very comfy too! We had breakfast included and there was so much choice! We ate a few nights for dinner too and again there was loads to choose from and the food was delicious! Pools were brilliant, it's so great to have a choice, and the kids loved it. A little cold but fine once you were in! I can't recommend this place enough and we can't wait to go back!!!

Brilliant all round

We have just returned from a 7 night’s at Alto Da Colina. Got a 1 bed apartment with sea views and it was amazing, room was very spacious and had a large balcony. Apartment was fully equipped with everything you would need. The staff in the bars and reception do a great job and the entertainment team are amazing my little 2 year old loved the mini disco that’s was on at 8 every night. The hotel facilities would be hard to beat multiple pools, bars/restaurants and on site water parks which are brilliant for kids off all ages. The grounds of the complex are very well maintained and spotless. Can’t say a bad word about our experience at the hotel and will 100% be returning.

10 amazing nights in the sun, great food and an enthusiastic entertainment team! We couldn’t ask for more. Service at Alto da Colina is beyond our expectations. Last year was great, but this year was even better. We have to congratulate specifically who runs the food, beverage and entertainment. The food is very tasty, the drinks are very well-prepared and the entertainment done by Roberto, Claudio and others is GREAT! Last year, the entertainment was good with amazing shows; this year there were no shows, but we connected better with this year's team. They’re funny and very enthusiastic. Sashy does amazing face paintings and the mini discos are the best!! Highly recommended!!!
