It might seem strange to write a review for a resort you have only visited and not stayed at, but the customer service we received on our visit really does deserve a review! We called in here to try and book accommodation, and even though there was no availability at the moment we spent a lovely few hours being shown round by Ratchet, who is an absolute star, and chatting with guests. The villas and gardens are superb, and the whole resort smacks of quality, style, and professionalism. Every staff member we met had a huge smile, and we know from speaking to guests that nothing is too much trouble here. We visit beautiful Thailand every winter, and this gorgeous resort is now at the very top of our list. Thank you Ratchet for your kindness. We will see you again! ❤️

My favourite accommodation we’ve stayed in. We stayed last year for ten days and this year 6 weeks. Nothing is too much. Ratchet is a beautiful soul. We adore her. The two cleaners, we don’t know their names are lovely too. They have left candles in our villa. Super clean. Naf who looks after the pool and drives the tuk tuk is a kind soul too. All the staff can’t do enough for you. We’ve been coming to Thailand for 10 years. Just love it love it. I would highly recommend this place. All villas have their own pool which is fab especially coming back late when it’s so hot. Can’t wait for next year

Lovely, warm and very welcoming staff

Stayed here recently and had two villas between our family. The villas were well kept and nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they were always quick to help and assist. What was lovely is that whatever time we came back whoever was on the front desk we were always welcomed with smiling faces who seemed genuinely pleased to see us. Very close tuk tuk ride to all the bars and restaurants. Definitely recommend

This was a group of friends staying for 3nignts and we made a lot of mess in the villa however the housekeeping staff did an excellent job and all staff were helpful. overall cleaned and comfortable stay, recommend to those with private transportation as the villa is not within walking distant to tourist attractions, ideal for peaceful getaway kind of tourist.

We had an amazing stay here. Our villa (3 bedrooms) was spacious. The staff was very professional and friendly. We also greet by the lovely & friendly cats. They're so cute. We would like to thank you all staffs (especially Khun NidNoy) for warmly welcome and supports.
