Philse Made Our Stay Unforgettable!

From the moment we arrived at Aloft, Philse was the absolute highlight of our stay. Her customer service was nothing short of incredible — she was sweet, accommodating, and always greeted us with the warmest smile. Every interaction with her was uplifting. Whether we needed help with local recommendations, extra amenities, or just a friendly face after a long day, Philse delivered above and beyond. She was consistently cheerful, knowledgeable, and so helpful — it genuinely felt like she cared about making our stay perfect. It’s rare to find someone who brings so much light and positive energy into their work, and she truly made our experience special. Aloft is lucky to have her, and we can’t wait to return — mostly because of her! Thank you, Philse! You’re a rockstar!

Second stay at this Aloft in two months and the staff did not disappoint. They are very welcoming and Brandy was amazing as she was accommodating to myself and daughter. The rooms are reasonable and housekeeping cleans and replenishes the room everyday. The hotel is settled in a quiet yet vibrant part of Aventura as you have some great food options that are within walking distance of the hotel. It’s literally a 5 minute drive from most things like Aventura Mall or Gulfstream Park.

the place is great, philisa was an amazong worker and made the stay amazing. The entire staff is great! Plenty of great food options around, rooms are clean and well kept. Pool and lobby were always lively and well kept as well. I highly recommend staying here.

The customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced Philise S. Went above and beyond in every aspect to ensure I had the best stay possible. Also, Leon, who was working at the front door was excellent helping me and many others I witnessed with whatever we needed.

I had a great time being far away from home you want to feel comfortable miss philise saw that we were tired and got us checked in quick and also gave us a lot of great places to eat and have fun i will come back and i will recommend this establishment to friends and family
