Stunning hotel with friendly staff and spotless

Amazing hotel. We felt like it was 5 Star 🤩 spotlessly clean. Room cleaned/towels changed every day. Rooms are massive and big balcony too. Staff very helpful and friendly. All inclusive extensive and what you would expect. Shuttle bus handy for beach but we got Uber for less than £4. Entertainment every day/night. Alvor is beautiful and everyone so friendly and relaxed. Beaches are beautiful and spotless.Close enough to Pria de Rocha and Portimao to get Uber. We have booked again for next year 🥰

Great hotel. Lovely staff. Location not the best

Spent a week here with the family. Staff are great we had a late flight coming in so resturants was closed by the time we got there but they arranged for sandwiches fruit and water to be brought to our room within 15 mins of us checking in. Stayed on 4th floor and had a great view of the pool from balcony. Rooms cleaned daily and complentory bottles of water put in the room for us. Food is about what you expect on an all inclusive same things most days but could always find something to eat. In between meal times there was also two times to get snacks aswell which included ice cream. They also have the availability to rent pool towels from the hotel for a refundable deposit which is good if you dont want to pack them to bring. Small shop on site for snacks and toys for kids to keep them entertained. Staff on reception very helpful with booking taxis to travel around different areas which is good as there isn't much within walking distance for people to do other then walking down to alvor town which is a good 20 min walk down hill. The hotel does put on a bus to and from the local beach multiple times a day. The pool needs some work done to it as it has alot of missing or loose tiles on the bottom of it. Room check out is 12:00 and our airport tranfer wasnt coming until 5pm but they had a room to store the cases for us and aloud us to continue to use the AI bands to get drinks ect until our pickup came. Overall the hotel and staff are great. But location isn't ideal if you want to go out and explore unless you want to get taxis everywhere which quickly adds up ontop of the cost of days out or trips. Wouldn't nessasarly be great for anyone not very mobile as they would be restricted to only hotel due to the location and steep slope upto hotel door.

Best family holiday yet! We've been coming to Alvor for years but just discovered the Alvor Baia Resort, a family's paradise! All inclusive resort packed with activities, entertainment & amazing customer service. The animation & kids club teams are brilliant - truly lovely & talented young people 👏 We felt truly looked after here & can't wait to return. Our kids never attended a kids club on holiday before & they went up & down regularly here, feeling so safe & welcome with the lovely girls there. The layout of the resort is easy to manoeuvre & short walk yo Alvor town. The food options were varied: something for everyone, from nuggets to veggie options & fab desserts - so many meal times to choose from. Great that our kids could help themselves & go to the bar themselves. The reception staff & bar are also extremely helpful & friendly, as are the buffet attendants, but the standout for us were the animation & kids club staff - thank you so much for being so lovely with us & our children- great family memories made! We had a club suite which was perfect & roomy for our Family of 5 Looking forward to visiting again in 2026, please God! ♡

I have no words for this hotel. It is very Clean and big. Nice and huge hilly garden. Hotel has Two restaurants... Green and blue. Staff is very helpful and hardworking. If you want to avoid busy long queues in morning just request to eat in Green because they are really fast. Service is better than blue.... I am sorry for this but it's True. As compared to blue staff in green is faster and helpful... They even served my grandma drinks and other stuff... As they can see she was old... Such a nice gesture... I really admire the supervisors there. Actually Green is for children specially... And really I saw children having fun there... They were running, making noise but no disturbance to them and to others. My grandma was irritated but I liked that.. I just remembered my childhood there. In blue only adults visits but it's very boring there... They need to start with energy drinks.... Very slow and just passing around uselessly....terrible. Gym is okay type. And nice music near bar. Drinks they serve are amazing. Staff if bar is very good... They exactly know what you like. Reasonable price.Pool is very big but cold... But you can ignore this thing. Rooms are bigger and clean. I really appreciate what they are doing for us. Food has large variety and very delicious. They have special arrangement for kids section. Deserts are awesome and too good. If you have some allergic problems are gluten-free choices... Everything is possible there... They make special food for those clients. Amazing. In last I want to say It was very good experience. I visited with my grandparents but next time I will come with friends to enjoy more and stay longer.

Amazing hotel. Staff are all lovely from booking in , restaurant, cleaners. Can't praise them enough. Spacious pool area with loads of sunloungers. Food is good, always something even for the fussy eaters. Good vegetarian selection. They went over and above to help us celebrate our wedding anniversary by decorating the bed and bottle of fizz. Will return for our 6th visit next year. Remarkable value for money
