I sent 8 days here with my elderly parents celebrating my mum's birthday at the start of October I would highly recommend this hotel/ Resort. I'm not usually a fan of all inc. resorts but this was fantastic Staff All staff were always happy to help and lovely to speak to. I did come across a few that looked miserable but they were not unpleasant. the guest service staff were amazing. Both ladies i spoke were so nice. I had contacted the hotel prior to my stay and they had arranged a fruit basket and wine in our room for my mum's birthday. As we were arriving late, they had arranged vegan sandwiches in our room. When i went to see them in the day, they reserved as table at the Italian restaurant for my mum's birthday and had vegan cake done (i did not expect that). We are so touched by the beautiful gesture. The staff at the restaurant were amazing as well. there wasn't much we could choose from on the menu, but they had a dish put together for us that was vegan The only staff i was not impressed with was a young guy at the lobby bar. I went to get an iced coffee from here (highly recommend , they make a good iced coffee) as they made coffee with a proper coffee machine. He went to the back and got the coffee from a vending machine and when i challenged this, he was dismissive and said this is how it's made. None of his colleague had made it like that for me so that was disappointing. Spa I had mixed feelings at first as i found the lady a little rude when i went to pay as i had booked with her colleague but after my first treatment, she was a lot nicer. The colleague we booked with was really lovely. He was based in the main building and would walk around talking to guests. even after he'd made his sale with u, he would still stop to speak to us daily and have a chat with my parents which was very sweet. The staff doing the treatments are really good at what they do but be cautious with timing. I know i=on the last treatment our treatments were cut short even though we had arrived late. they started late and finished our massages early. I just didn't want to ruin my last day in picking a fight and the manager had miraculously made herself unavailable so who do you complain to. If you are will to head into the city, there are spa's there that do Hammam's at a reasonable price Cleaning The resort is well maintained and staff are always available cleaning. the day it rained they were constantly at entrances mopping etc. There is some maintenance that is needed but generally that is something all of hospitality is still working on post lockdowns. the room cleaning team were really great. I was working for part of my trip, so I didn't leave the room. the ladies were great, they came in quietly cleaned around me and left with no issues Rooms We had a very spacious room with a double and single bed to accommodate for all 3 of us with a Sofa bed and a spacious closed balcony. I actually liked the balcony being closed as any it stopped rain coming in and you could still sit in that space. The bathroom was also very spacious Nearby activities There is a bus that goes past the hotel that goes into Side & Manavgat. They take Euro and local currency. It's not expensive and the staff at the entrance will also tell you help stop the bus for you The beach is a short walk and small mini bus is in operation throughout the day to take you from the hotel There are plenty of shops around the resort but will be tourist prices. I did not explore much but i do know there is a lot of natural forest around the area so great for hiking There is a large pond/ lake which is nice to walk around in the morning or in the evening Food and drinks There is plenty of food available throughout the day and late at night. the main restaurant has a lot more options compared to the restaurant in the adults only building. As vegetarian, we generally struggle but there was plenty of options on the menu at every meal time. my only feedback would be that the labelling needs to be better. not all the food was labelled with what the item was and if it was vegetarian or vegan. On a few occasions, when i was getting food, the cooks were nearby topping up and i asked if something was vegetarian and he as they kind enough to tell me and also point out other dishes that were I could also eat not a fault of the staff but a problem at resorts like this is that guests are not considerate and will use meat spoons, tongs to pick up the vegetarian food or use their hands. This is why i usually prefer not to stay in all inc. There is an amazing selection of breads, salads and fresh vegetables, so we never went hungry I would recommend the jacket potatoes at the bar, Iced coffee from the lobby bar, The spinach rolls and fried bread at breakfast The selection of preserves at breakfast are delicious
