I had an incredible vacation at the Juju premier hotel I had a lot of fun with my partner, the hotel has an entertainment group that does different fun activities, my partner and I participate in bachata classes!! The hotel is very nice surrounded by mountains and super clean spaces, the sound is very good compared to other places in the shows they have very good production, the big restaurant where you can choose. Your pleasure ... I really loved my vacation and I'm sure I'll come back ☺️

A wonderful vacation the hotel has an impressive entertainment group that always makes you feel happy and they give different activities, I participated in the zumba and salsa classes they were incredible 😊 in the pool I also did a very fun activity like trampoline it's super interesting, the hotel is totally beautiful and if you want to relax a day at the beach it's perfect 👌

I’ve been coming to Turkey for 10 years, and I can confidently say Juju Palace Hotel in Beldibi is among the worst experiences I’ve ever had. We paid nearly £2,000 for what was supposed to be a premium holiday – instead, we were met with mismanagement, false advertising, poor facilities, and shockingly rude staff. Dining is a joke. Dinner is from 19:00–21:00, but by 20:45 staff were already clearing everything up. At 20:55, not a single dessert was left, even though half the restaurant was still eating. This shows total disregard for guests who don’t rush to eat the second dinner opens. The “snack restaurant” is another lie – the menu says “fish and chips” but what you get are soggy fish fingers. Embarrassing. Restaurant service is dismal – except for one day. Friday, when there was a SVAİ conference in the hotel, the staff suddenly became top-tier. Water was served immediately, tables were cleared promptly, and drinks appeared without asking. Every other day? We had to hunt down someone just to get a glass of water. It’s insulting to treat regular paying guests as second-class compared to a conference group. Pool area is chaotic and unfair. If you’re not at the pool by 10 AM, forget about getting a sunbed. Every bed is “reserved” by people chucking sun cream bottles on them, then disappearing for hours. I asked a staff member to help get two loungers from a nearby pile, and his response? “I’ll do it this once, but it’s not my job.” Excuse me? Unprofessional and rude. Rooms? Subpar. We had a jacuzzi in the room – nice in theory, but we could hear everything happening in the floor below us when theirs was running. The air conditioning was awful – every time we used it, we started coughing nonstop. Felt like it was blowing dust instead of cool air. Also, if you leave the room after 10 AM, forget about your minibar being refilled. Apparently, room service only works on their schedule. The spa is an actual disgrace. We tried it once – never again. The salt room smelled like feces. The steam room was completely out of order. The sauna? Lukewarm at best. We went in at 12 PM – spa supposedly opens at 09:00. So in 3 hours, nothing is working or clean? For a “resort” that charges premium prices, this is unacceptable. The gym is unsafe and unusable. There’s no air conditioning, making it stuffy and suffocating. Worse, it’s overrun by unsupervised kids – we saw 5–6-year-olds climbing on and playing with the gym equipment like it was a playground. Completely unsafe and again, zero staff supervision. No entertainment – during peak holiday time. We arrived during Biram, which I fully respect as a national celebration. But the hotel used it as an excuse to cancel all entertainment for four days. If the hotel is open and serving international guests, it should provide what’s advertised – regardless of holidays. There was no poolside entertainment beyond the occasional aqua gym or water polo. The advertised evening shows never matched reality. And here’s the kicker – the head of entertainment is from last year’s Marti Myra team, and it’s the exact same tired, boring, recycled program. Two years in a row we’ve had our holidays ruined by this. False advertising everywhere. Their website brags about four à la carte restaurants – only two (Fish and Italian) were open. The rest? Closed. No explanation. No alternatives. Just silence. Honestly, I’m shocked this place has positive reviews. If you’re expecting a relaxing, well-run hotel with decent food, entertainment, and facilities – look elsewhere. Juju Palace is not worth the money, the time, or the stress. It was £2,000 down the drain and a hard lesson learned.

Had an amazing holiday at Juju hotel! The staff is welcoming and always ready to help, every evening there are a night shows, also food is amazing, there are different spots there you can eat. Every day there are plenty activities, different games and sports. Special thanks to dance instructor Julieth, it was nice to try different styles, such as zumba, bachata and salsa :)
