From the moment we arrived we were treated with the finest level of customer service. The accommodations were immaculate and the resort looks new. The staff and dining experience is fantastic and overlooks the cauldera and faces west which provided a memorable experience for a Mediterranean sunset. Look for Kostas and Bunin in the dining room who will cater to your every need. As a plus the cocktails and the calamari are offerings you’ll not forget. Avoid the hustle and bustle of Oia and Fira and enjoy the tranquility of the Grand Ambassador

We had an absolutely wonderful and memorable stay at Grand Ambassador, primarily due to the exceptional hotel management. This team is dedicated to providing a truly personalized experience for every guest. They were incredibly attentive, assisting us with everything from food allergy accommodations to orchestrating special surprises. Their expert help with island travel and booking coordination was invaluable, and their prompt communication via WhatsApp was incredibly convenient. Our room was spacious, spotless, and boasted an awe-inspiring view. We chose a room with a balcony infinity pool, which offered panoramic views of the stunning volcano island – views that were simply breathtaking even from the comfort of our bed. The hotel's restaurant impressed us with its classy ambiance and excellent cuisine. Being just a 10-minute drive from several beautiful beaches was a huge plus. The availability of their premium hotel cabs with polite drivers also made getting around the island incredibly comfortable and stress-free. My only point of feedback concerns the privacy of the balcony and pool area. While advertised as private, the tapering design of the walls meant we were visible from adjacent balconies, and unfortunately, guests on balconies directly above ours could also easily see down into our space. However, this small detail did not detract significantly from an otherwise fantastic and highly recommended experience.

Our experience at Grand Ambassador was heaven. Welcome wine at their amazing restaurant, a billion $ view from our room, staying in a cave room, staff at the hotel and the restaurant were the very best. Shout out to Ms. Pepi who gave amazing advice on sightseeing, arranged reservations and car rental.

I wanted to write a review about the fantastic customer service I have received whilst trying to book this beautiful hotel, I would like to, personally thank Vasilis Memekidis in the reservation department, he attention to detail, explaining everything to me, taking the time to help me choose which room we would most be suited for, explaining about thentrabsfer option, nothing was to much of a problem. When an asset to your company and reservations department. A personal thank you from me.
