Perfect location on the beach at km 7 of Tulum-Boca Paila Road in Tulum Quintana Roo, México. The hotel facilities include a pool and garden rooms, the hotel also offers Spa. Beach side drinks, chairs, food!

The beach club was nice getting 2 chairs right next to the beach being served food and drinks the ultimate relaxation experience. Highly recommend this place. Rolando and Miguel were great server's constantly checking on us even picking up empty plates while we are in the ocean.

Best Staff and Accommodations in Tulum

Ana y José has the best staff out of any resort I have been to. I can’t thank Maria, Mario, William, Marvin, Paola, Gaspar enough for their wonderful treatment. I know I’m forgetting someone but they were all great. The food is excellent at the restaurant, we didn’t get a bad meal. In fact we never left the resort area that’s how great the food was. The accommodations and location of Ana Y Jose’s can’t be beat in Tulum in my opinion. We will be back.

I’ve known ana y José since the first palapa. The most honest option in a tulum that has changed a lot since my first visit in 2003. Hostess Paloma and waiter Mario were superb. Efficient, kind and friendly, made us feel at home. Excellent beach club, and good food.

Relaxing moments in Mexico

I stayed at this fantastic hotel with my family for four days, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The place is amazing, the service was excellent, and I’d especially like to mention hostess Melissa, waiter William, and security staff member Ezequiel – they were all incredibly kind and helpful! The rooms were beautiful, very clean, and the whole environment felt peaceful and safe. Just one suggestion: since Tulum’s hotel zone is stunning but also quite touristy, I recommend exploring other parts of Mexico first – such as Palenque, Uxmal, Campeche, Chichen Itza, Mérida etc. – and then saving a few final days to relax on the beach!
