Shabby Hotel…..

Stayed in September 25 and was placed in one of the old accommodation blocks. They resemble what I would imagine a post war soviet holiday camp would be like. Small dingy and cramped. Breakfast was a shambles and you had to take your own cups and tea / coffee if you wanted a drink. Complaint d to TUI and we were moved to the newer block overlooking the pool and this was much better. There are much better hotels in Agassi than this one so avoid if you have a choice. I’m used to basic Greece accommodation but this place takes it to another level.

Lack of towels

The hotel was empty ..end of season. I was the last person to use the pool which was being emptied as we were leaving. Room OK but had to ask for more towels (only one large and one small originally provided.

Nice little hotel, amazing pool

The hotel was in a great location staff were very friendly. The room was okay clean and tidy but shower very small but that’s okay. Breakfast was okay but the pool was fantastic. One of the nicest pools I have been in good stuff around the bar prices were good all in all I like the hotel if you have a great location and a Great pool then it’s fine. Don’t tend to stay in the room that much anyway bed comfortable it was clean nice little balcony I would stay here again.

The only good part was the staff,amazing and friendly,happy to help with everything. The location is very good but it’s a 2/3 star hotel,the pictures are maybe from years ago. The room very outdated,no space to put clothes,everything old and used,the shower small and kept dripping,you would flood the bathroom when taking a shower,no handsoap,no shower gel,the toilet old and very used. The room had an weird smell maybe from the old furniture,had one night with no hot water and on the balcony plastic chairs broken,when sitting you would get your clothes caught in it. The breakfast was very simple,no drinking water,almost nothing to eat,if you would get first then ok but for a late breakfast good luck because there wasn’t extra left to replenish. The pool big enough for what guests were there and clean water but the walls of it rusty and not cleaned for some time I think. If you want like an escape for a night it’s fine but for a longer holiday I wouldn’t say it’s worth it.

Booked last minute disappointed with accommodation overall

This hotel is rated as four star, which in our opinion was more a 2/3 star at best. The staff were certainly deserving of five stars as they were simply wonderful and extremely friendly. We booked last minute so assume we basically got was left from available rooms. The room was very dated, with a shower you could not turn around in without knocking yourself. It flooded on to the main floor due to size of the basin and for 2 nights only had cold water. The hotel overall is very dark due to the oak furnishing, and does not particularly resemble the photographs taken off the pool area. The hotel is situated close to the strip which was lively with good choice of food and bars. If you are thinking of booking here and are not bothered by the standard of accommodation then it is in a great location for everything and the staff are lovely.
