Situated in Perissa (Black Beach), in Santorini, the traditional Cycladic Anastasia Princess Luxury Residence (adults only) consists of three complexes with studios, deluxe apartments and suites with outdoor hot tub or outdoor pools offers two public infinity swimming pools. The black sandy beach of Perissa is just one minute walk. Many bars and restaurants are located across the beach road. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. From the balconies, guests are offered magnificent views of our famous disigned venue and the pool areas. All spacious rooms are well-equipped with air conditioning, safety boxes, hairdryer and kitchen with fridge. Bathroom amenities are available on its room. A rich continental breakfast is served each morning at the breakfast area. Guests also enjoy an outdoor café and poolside bar. Athinios Port is at 11 km and Santorini International Airport is around 14 km away. Free parking is possible on site. Public transportation is available to all distances every 30 minutes.

Absolutely loved staying here , the staff are so polite and helpful, the rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels . The whole place is spotless and right on the beach front , loads of good restaurants in easy walking distance, we did go go at the start of the season ( which we prefer) so not overcrowded, the sun beds are the comfiest we’ve ever had , thanks to Emerald and all the staff for a great time See you next year hopefully

A beautiful, chilled, relaxing place to stay

We were welcomed by the owners and the fabulous receptionist Emerald who was so knowledgeable and helpful. We stayed in a studio apartment which was beautifully decorated and very clean. All of the staff were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us! The complex is perfectly situated for the beach with sun beds especially for guest or you could choose to relax between 2 pools. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

The perfect spot to stay

We booked this hotel trusting the high rating on this platform and I must say that the reality is better than expected. I could not find a single reason to give this hotel anything less than the highest rating. Let's go in order: The location is perfect, exactly opposite the beach. The promenade at Perissa is packed with good restaurants that provide a wide choice of flavours at any hour. The girls at reception, Elli and Emerald are friendly, knowledgeable and always smiling. The resort is enchanting in its white and aquamarine colours that complement the perfect blue of the pools. The room (with private Jacuzzi) is spacious and comfortable, always kept spotlessly clean by the attentive service girls. Sincere praise also to them. The breakfast is varied and always fresh, the bar staff friendly and smiling. A short holiday in the perfect place. Santorini had long been on our bucket list and Anastasia Princess made it a destination to be repeated certainly

Gorgeous Hotel on the Black Sand Beach

Beautiful hotel. Has to be the best in Perissa. Beautiful rooms, some of the most beautiful pools I’ve seen anywhere in the world, great bar, breakfast, and beach chair setup! Our room was on the 2nd floor and had its own spa!! Met the owners and they are helpful and proud of their property, as they should be! Staff is super helpful from the bar, to the desk, to our room attendant! Will definitely return!!

Amazing! Pure luxury

We had such a special stay here at Anastasia for my 30th birthday. It was both mine and my mums first time visiting santorini and we fell in the love with the place. The staff were so attentive and friendly and the place is absolutely stunning in a perfect location for exploring the island. We can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend.
