Situated in Perissa (Black Beach), in Santorini, the traditional Cycladic Anastasia Princess Luxury Residence (adults only) consists of three complexes with studios, deluxe apartments and suites with outdoor hot tub or outdoor pools offers two public infinity swimming pools. The black sandy beach of Perissa is just one minute walk. Many bars and restaurants are located across the beach road. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. From the balconies, guests are offered magnificent views of our famous disigned venue and the pool areas. All spacious rooms are well-equipped with air conditioning, safety boxes, hairdryer and kitchen with fridge. Bathroom amenities are available on its room. A rich continental breakfast is served each morning at the breakfast area. Guests also enjoy an outdoor café and poolside bar. Athinios Port is at 11 km and Santorini International Airport is around 14 km away. Free parking is possible on site. Public transportation is available to all distances every 30 minutes.

Pure luxury

After a lot of research we opted for this hotel for our 6th visit to Santorini which was also for our wedding. First time staying in Perissa and this hotel is perfectly placed right on the main beach road (which is quiet). From all the email exchanges with Elli to the warm welcome from Emerald and the rest of the staff, we could not fault this property. We chose an Exec Plunge Pool suite and we had the first one just past reception which looked out across to the beach. A beautifully appointed suite with super comfy bed and pillows and all the luxuries you’d expect from a top quality hotel. Amazing bathroom too! Fantastic breakfast selection which you can enjoy on a gorgeous terrace or around one of the swimming pools. Lovely touch with the fresh flowers and bottle of fizz in an ice bucket on arrival and also a further bottle of wine during our 2nd week. Stavros and family have something really special here and looked after us so well during our two week stay. We cannot wait to come back….many thanks to all, Paul & Kathryn

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff

Beautiful hotel, staff were lovely. We booked a suite with a hot tub which we never used due to lack of privacy as it was at the front, whilst the room was quite dark with only one small window. However, the room was clean, large, cool from the heat and comfortable. Recommend for anyone wanting a quiet relaxing holiday.

Beautiful hotel, really clean throughout beautifully decorated, 2 large pools, nice and quiet and lovely breakfast each day. The hotel was truly amazing and the staff are super friendly, particularly Emerald who was booked is a few restaurants and the sunset boat trip (highly recommend it). The hotel is right on the beach and has free sunbeds and parasols. Bed was comfy and bathrooms really nice. Only gripe is that I wish there were cupboards or storage space. Everyone we met from hotel, taxi, restaurants staff were so so friendly. We also went to Fira and Oia, both really good, went by bus which was easy and cheap. Would definitely recommend as it's definitely one the nicest hotels I've stayed at.

Wonderful place!

Very friendly, helpful, warm and welcoming team, nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely and beautifully clean as was the whole hotel. The location was great, right on the beach with plenty of restaurants and bars a stones throw away. We’ll be back!
