Situated in Perissa (Black Beach), in Santorini, the traditional Cycladic Anastasia Princess Luxury Residence (adults only) consists of three complexes with studios, deluxe apartments and suites with outdoor hot tub or outdoor pools offers two public infinity swimming pools. The black sandy beach of Perissa is just one minute walk. Many bars and restaurants are located across the beach road. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. From the balconies, guests are offered magnificent views of our famous disigned venue and the pool areas. All spacious rooms are well-equipped with air conditioning, safety boxes, hairdryer and kitchen with fridge. Bathroom amenities are available on its room. A rich continental breakfast is served each morning at the breakfast area. Guests also enjoy an outdoor café and poolside bar. Athinios Port is at 11 km and Santorini International Airport is around 14 km away. Free parking is possible on site. Public transportation is available to all distances every 30 minutes.

A getaway that was a bucket list item for my wife, Santorini.

What an amazing experience, it wasn’t just a stay, actually an experience staying here. Incredible communication from booking until checkout. Emerald at the office, the gentlemen working the bar and the owners welcoming us upon arrival was amazing. Would recommend to everyone to stay and experience a wonderful stay. We will be returning!

I had a wonderful stay at this charming seaside residence! The location is perfect — quiet, peaceful, and right on the beach, with private sunbeds and umbrellas for relaxing in comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. The area is much more affordable compared to Oia and Fira, yet still offers that authentic Santorini charm. A small tip: bring water shoes, as the entrance to the sea can be a bit slippery. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would definitely come back to this hotel!

Everything about Anastasia Princess is truly amazing. From the second we arrived, greeted by the owners at the gate, until the very last minute, we felt like we were in another world. The buildings are absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Everything is always spotlessly clean. Housekeeping truly first class. Breakfast is probably the best we have experienced with a mixture of the “internationals” and authentic homemade Greek dishes - our favorites. Food at the restaurant excellent as well. They have two large pools, facing different directions so you can always enjoy the sun - or shades - if you like. Many rooms also have private pools and patios. In addition Anastasia has a private beach. All areas have luxurious sun beds, even the beach. All services are top notch if it’s housekeeping, waiters, restaurants, front office or owners. Very responsive from the day we booked our stay, helpful and informative. Anastasia truly is a Princess you don’t want to say goodbye to. Unfortunately we had to leave but only to be able to come back. And we certainly will.

Had a wonderful stay at the beginning of October. The hotel is peaceful and relaxing, being immaculately maintained. We stayed in a pool suite which was large, comfortable, containing everything you would need for your holiday. Breakfast selection was perfect for us, with options of freshly prepared food, which varied daily. The location is ideal. On the black beach of Perissa, with the hotel having its own section for guests with good quality beds to lounge on. There are dozens of bars/restaurants within walking distance, mostly offering good quality Greek cuisine at reasonable prices. One recommendation would be to try Ntomatini, which serves fabulous modern Greek food. Bus stops which will take you to Fira and then beyond are just a street away. Staff at the hotel are excellent, friendly and helpful whilst unobtrusive. I would 100% recommend staying at this hotel when in Perissa.

Peace and tranquility next to a great beach

The hotel and staff will make you feel relaxed and ready to explore one of the great islands in Greece. I had a basic room, it still had a bedroom and kitchen and was a decent size. Two peaceful swimming pools. Everything looked great as I walked around the complex. I really loved it. It’s well positioned to explore the many restaurants and bars in the area. It’s within 0-100 metres of three excellent tavernas and a chill out bar called Tranquilo. And a big shout out to Emerald, the manager, she was always around to help with advice on places to eat and things to discover. Thank you!
