It is the best hotel with infinity pool and private pool rooms awesome Staff is amazing and supportive Awesome pool with sea view and amazing infrastructure of hotel with roof top bar as well Drop to night market everyday 3 times By their own awesome tuk tuk ride

Good property bad staff

Stayed here for 3 days Pros -Rooms were nice clean and as per the pictures , location was great and was quite peaceful. We booked terrace pool room which was quite good and staff cleaned it everyday. Cons - Staff - Except for "AeK" at breakfast who spoke well with us rest all were snobs to describe them the best. One example, i went in the evening and had a burger and i usually prefer luke warm water, when i asked the staff for warm water she started acting as if i had asked for the moon. I showed her on google translator as well but she gave me bottle of cold water. What restaurant in the world wouldnt serve its customer a glass of warm water !! All staff are preoccupied either doing nails or speaking among themselves in loud thai in front of guest. The lady in morning shift at the tour guide section was constantly on phone when i was asking for information (i was the only customer she had for 3 hours) To the owner - you have great property but service of staff is really bad, you need to teach them english and send them to charm school !! Promote Aek to manager and ask him to train others !

Lovely hotel

We have been travelling Thailand and this was one of my fave hotels we have stayed in, the asthetic was so cute and our room was really clean and nice deffo worth the bit extra for the private pool room so you can do a floating breakfast, it is a little bit out of the center but the hotel had a shuttle bus to drop you at ao nang beach would deffo stay again and reccomend, all the staff were lovely too.

Currently staying here and it’s a wonderful hotel. Staff are lovely, room is amazing with a corner plot and private pool. Rooftop pool is so lovely and you can have food and drinks here- all reasonably priced. Sun loungers are so comfy. Breakfast is a bit basic but it’s not too bad. It’s not right in the centre of Ao nang but 70TB by taxi with bolt so super cheap. We’ve asked for some laundry to be done which is 120TB per kilo.

The property is well equipped, strategic point for A Nang and very clean and tidy. Breakfast was good, few options but enough for a quick breakfast. The pool is amazing and super clean with a nice view. Super friendly and professional staff always available and ready to help.
