We were gutted about this hotel beautiful but omg issue after issue then illness then ended in injury with the hotel staff being absolutely useless and basically calling us liars then trying to cover themselves by changing things back Upgraded on check in totalling a cost of £160 for a honey moon sweet First issue was building maintenance extreme building maintenance going on wasn’t told anything they was a sign by the pool saying starting at 10 o’clock this was not the case some times starting at 8 o’clock in the morning there were even screws bits of wood in the pool which we trod on and hurt our feet hotel offered us a free meal as good will gesture but couldn’t eat it as was poorly Second issue was that we used the hot tub and there was a funny smell like sewage thought it may of been the drains we went in the hot tub and the water absolutely stunk like sewage we didn’t stay in the water for long because it was making us heave and when we got out we could smell it on our skin after a day or so we became extremely ill with sickness and Diarrhea was extremely poorly and had to go to local pharmacy to try and help improve us Plus to top it off we only managed to have 2 of the 10 breakfast but still nothing of reporting this Third issue was that in the room we were staying in the taps had been wrongly labelled hot was on cold and cold was on hot but because of us being so ill hadn’t used the sink and stunk to bottle water but had to use it before we left and my partner ended up getting a really bad burn to his lip leaving a scar on his lip this was at 11.30 ish at night had to seek medical help for this in morning and reported to reception first thing on morning and they basically said we were lying because we hadn’t reported it when it happened and then sneakily went and changed the taps round when we went out The manager Dee was so rude and couldn’t believe the way they were treating people who had paid to stay in the hotel Have better videos but won’t let upload them Now our option is legal action so I would avoid this hotel like the plague
