This hotel is discussing!!! No English people No English speaking staff They CANNOT understand you FULL of Russians Awful service Food was awful and much more , not much option The whole week we were here they played music every night on stage. Not 1 English song Complained but got shouted back at Refuse to upgrade room. Our hotel room was filthy. Had a hole next to the toilet straight to drain pipe. Every time you flush you smell urine!!! Bedsheets or towels not changed once in whole week!!!!! The beds were rock hard and diabolical ! I cannot express enough please do NOT book this hotel. It is a waste of your money. Their food had no labels so if your allergic to anything your dead. Staff looked at you clueless when you asked a question.
