HORRIBLE HOTEL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Cancelled my booking on purpose at the last minute only to charge 3 times more. They weren't pleasant or and welcoming at all and even didn't provide us with late check out when we requested

We had an amazing time at this resort, the staff were all amazing. Its a beautiful resort, I was nervous after reading many negative reviews on the staff, struggling with the hill and shuttle service but can honestly say the staff were all amazing, very friendly and helpful. The shuttle was always up and down the resort, yes sometimes you can wait 10/15 mins max but it was busy taking people around the resort. And the hills actually are walkable and not to much even my 8 year old managed them so as for the reviews about them I would ignore. We ate at the resort every morning breakfast was good and lots to choose from, we had a few meals in the restaurant- again no complaints, lovely food. Would definitely go back to this resort and would recommend it- such a beautiful setting.

We've just stayed here for 2 weeks. We really loved the place. Staff are all amazing. Food is delicious. It's a nice distance out of town, but not too far. Do not come on here and leave a 1 star review because the resort is on a hill. If your not fit or too lazy, thats your fault. Don't moan about the Resort, have a word with yourself. We loved it 🙏 thankyou fiore, we shall be back 😘 (2 adults, 1 kid (not lazy ones)

We’ve stayed in several hotels like this one and we had a great time here as we always do. We booked well in advance directly with the hotel and saved hundreds of pounds. Absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel it’s staff or the breakfasts and the beds are comfy. We would stay here again if we visit Ao Nang.
