Our experience was terrible at this hotel. Their attitude was so, so bad. However the hotel in itself is nice but staff I think is not managed so they don’t even bother how they treat their guests. We reached the first room was infected with big super size cockroaches, one after the other and we had to switch rooms. We were ok and changed to a smaller room than what we booked for. Next day at breakfast I asked the manager a simple question if they also had boiled eggs and he pointed me to omelette station without even replying the it you did or not and which omelette station didn’t have. I greeted you with good morning n a big smile but he didn’t even say good morning back or give a smile in return just pointed his finger and walked away. Next morning I asked in the same manner with greeting n smile if all the juices were fresh or any of the juices were fresh and he behaved in the same manner n just said yes n left mid sentence. He didn’t even bother to listen what I was asking. When I asked another what’s his name and if he’s the manager they told me yes n his name is BEE. Most horrible person I’ve ever met in hospitality industry. After his colleague told him about my enquiry he came over to the table asking for our room number and why we asked for his name. Even though the room number was already given when you enter the breakfast area. After that he went to reception to say something. The day we were checking out the reception wouldn’t give back our deposit saying there is 1 towel missing in the room and we need to pay for it. We were shocked to hear that they were blaming us for stealing 1 towel. We would have called police if we didn’t have to rush to catch our flight as it was early morning flight. We told them to check our luggage and if nothing was in there then can’t do that n they refused to see our luggage and said we’ll have to pay for the missing towel. We asked them to give us towel at about 8:30/9pm as one of the days we forgot to put off “do not disturb” but they wouldn’t give us towels reason being that room service is already off and will come back 7am next morning. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel in so many years of my travel. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless the management or HR of this hotel takes a good action towards improving their staff behaviour towards the guests.
