Great hotel

Great hotel great location great staff great food great great great! This was the first hotel out of 3 on our multi destination trip. After an 11 hour flight and a 3hour transfer in heat it was so nice to be greeted with a cold drink and a cold face cloth. Room was lovely and clean. Lovely big shower. The staff were so friendly and happy. Breakfast was great with plenty to chose from and was nice to sit outside with a beautiful view enjoying breakfast. Pool bar was great and as the days went on they remembered what you was drinking. Very nice chilled hotel on the beach front. Evenings were lovely you could sit at the pool bar and people watch or walk 2 mins round the corner to the hustle and bustle. None of this could be heard from the hotel. It was a very peaceful relaxing hotel. Would definitely recommend. We chose to spend time at the beach front pool as it was quieter as the kids seemed to use the other pool. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return.

Best sleep ever as well as being a great hotel.

I had the best sleep in this hotel that I have ever had. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The Aircon is quiet although didn't always have it on. No noise from outside as the room is well sound proofed. We stayed in room 2712 I think with a sea and pool view. Staff were lovely. Only downside was the fried eggs, bacon and sausages which were luke warm and not best quality. Fruit and pastries lovely. Would have given it 5 stars if hot breakfast was better. Had an amazing meal one night in the restaurant and the waitress and waiter were really lovely and attentive. Great pizza made on site but the Thai food was really good obviously too.

Amazing stay - 2nd time visitors

Stayed here for second time for Christmas and new year 25. The refurbishment is stunning. The staff, as always are absolutely fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. Perfect location, super close to main areas but as soon as you step inside the hotel grounds you feel chilled.

Phenomenal resort

This was by far one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. Excellent location, right on the beach, swim up bar, and on the other side a more private and quiet pool. Breakfast included option had excellent options, potatoes, omelettes, eggs, toast, yogurt, granola etc. Rooms were very clean, the occasional bug but to be expected as you're in a tropical climate zone! Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make this a pleasant stay. Easy to access restaurants directly across the street and Thai massages. Would recommend to anyone coming to Thailand!
