We booked in to apple a day resort for 1 week and we found the services of staff all the way to the team to be quite impressive. Our room very clean and so too were all the amenities and service. Will be back to you next year. Hope to see you next year Max staff very helpful.

This hotel is a cute small hotel with two pools an adults and kids pool with slides The rooms are spacious, beds are comfy always clean rooms we did throughly enjoy our stay until the last day. My boyfriend unfortunately got admitted to hospital the last two days of our stay this meant on check out day I had to rush round pack two bags aswell as visiting him hospital I was very stressed as it is, I politely asked reception if one of their staff would walk me over the road to my next hotel 5 mins walk /help with 2 large suitcases and two large rucksacks as I am alone when I asked I beleive the front desk manager Angela young small brunette girl gave me a dirty look and said no very aruptly, her attitude continued when I checked out at reception I went to grab food and you have to pay downstairs at reception and I wanted to pay by card she kept huffing and puffing acting as if I was causing an inconvenience and when she did the card machine it did not show the amount it was in Thai unfortunately I am English so I could not read I politely asked how do I know how much and she spoke to me yet again very aruptly/talking to me like a child saying it will show after I have paid I have never heard anything like it before. I generally enjoyed my stay at the Apple a day and I would reccomend generally most staff are nice and polite I suppose I caught her on a bad day 🤷🏼‍♀️

The rooms were very fresh and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very nice. Unfortunatly a mouse found a way into the room and cought us of guard. The staff handeled it nicely and we got a new, fancier room as compencation. Would go again.

Horrible Stay Experience

I booked 3 family rooms(breakfast included) in this resort for 3 nights(14-17 Nov). My stay experience in this resort was totally disappointing and horrible.The breakfast served was as cold as ice. Rooms service was not good and staff was not conversant in English.Even some basic toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided during the stay.Also,during check out we were falsely accused of stealing slippers provided by the resort and even threatened with police action. On counterchecking the accusation of stealing by one of our group members the slippers were found in one of the rooms which their maintenance staff didn't bothered to check.In the end the staff at the reception didn't even had the courtesy to apologise for their mistake and carelessness.I personally would never recommend anyone (especially to travellers with families) for stay in this resort because of the harassment and insult I have faced due to their mismanagement and reckless behaviour.
