Visited last May and for the first time ever have booked the again this year. Stayed in an attic suite in top floor ! Spectacular views. Great staff, good food, great location

Great hotel

We’ve been going to the Aqua for years. It’s always been a great place to stay, very clean, friendly staff, great location right on the beach, lovely food and great entertainment. The team work so hard to keep everyone entertained and the entertainment manager, Mehmet Ali Selek always makes sure he picks the right acts/shows for the guests, there’s something for everyone! Highly recommend this hotel.

Best hotel ever

This hotel is fantastic all the staff are friendly and very helpful. The food is great . The location is great . The rooms are nice . There is a great outdoor pool and also inside if you have had too much sun . The rainbow entertainment team are fantastic lots of games thru the day and activities for adults and kids . The evening entertainment is great as well as the trouble they go to decorate . The pool party is the best love it . Ali the entertainment manager is great and listens to the guests . The twins are hilarious and always ready to play . I go on my own with my son and I am not left feeling alone they chat and get me up to dance . Defo will go back

When we first found the Hotel Aqua on here, I’ll be honest I was fairly sceptical, how could it be that good and also were the reviews being entered by “Bots”! Staying at a nearby hotel in August we pop over to take a look before booking to return in August, it looked good so we booked for October Half Term. I can honestly say, hand on heart this place is amazing, brilliant vibe and extremely relaxed. First the room, lucky to be placed in the Attic Suites, as a family of 4, it was great. Separate bedrooms, shower room and separate toilet with a changing/bag room. Modern and clean with the worlds most comfy bed. The restaurants again, excellent, food high quality, especially for an all-inclusive, sometimes this isn’t the case, waiting staff extremely well trained, warm and welcoming. The snack bar options are again the best we’ve come across, the staff are fast, friendly and food good and quickly served. Bars, the best, no q, table service, around the pool as well, the evening is table service and they are fast and attentive. The evening entertainment is great, I mean really first class. There isnt’ too much going on around the pool during the day but I believe that this is the aim of the hotel, more relaxed. Waterpolo and volleyball but that was all. Pool area is also well maintained, clean and George the pool manager is a credit to the hotel and also company. Beds would be the only problem, they go quickly and you have to be on the ball if you want a decent place but as it was October and the sun wasn’t too bad, we weren’t that concerned and took whatever was left, I can imagine this Is different in the summer. The one thing that points out why this place is so amazing is that everyone we met, and I mean everyone, had been before, that is the mark of this place, so many returning guests. Thank you to all of the staff for making out stay so welcoming, we will 100% be one of those returning guests at some point, hopefully next year.

Service With a Smile

We stayed here for the second time in early October this year. All the waiters that work in the restaurants and the bar are fantastic they all seem to get on well with each other and enjoy their job. It really is a fantastic service also the lady that made the omelettes each morning always polite and always smiling. Everywhere was kept spotless including the toilets by the beach bar which were always clean and well stocked with paper. There is only one small niggle and that is the guys that serve on the bbq at night they never seem that friendly! We hope to see you again next year.
