Avoid as they cancel your booking without consulting with you

Kostas from the reservation team is rude and so unfriendly. When I questioned why the street level mean street view (ie view on busy path and car park from your plunge pool) they cancelled my booking without consulting with me prior to arrival. Only because I booked over Black Friday for a July booking so they didn't honour the price booked. Customer service is non existent.
