very bad experience under all my expectations,that is not a five stars hotel,follwing the facts: I arrived at the hotel on 7 August and stayed for 12 nights. Upon arrival, I was given a room that did not match what I had paid for and what was written on my voucher. I had a pool view and sea view. After discussing it with the reception staff, I was given a suitable room for the following day, and I must say that the reception staff told me that they would take care of the change without any time constraints. The next day, while I was eating a salad on the beach, the reservation manager approached my table and, in an aggressive and totally unprofessional manner, ordered me to finish packing my bags because I had to leave the room immediately. From that moment on, an argument ensued during which the reservation manager raised his voice. I was then assigned a new room in which the following did not work: 1) the shower was full of limescale and the water pressure was inadequate 2) the scales had no batteries 3) above all, the mattress, which I have attached photos of, looked like a hammock because it was so deflated I therefore asked to change the mattress, but there was no spare mattress in the entire hotel, a 5-star hotel! A week later, I was given a wooden board to solve the issue!!! (see photo) and I discovered that the mattress was dirty! There were electrical wires exposed in the room (see photo). The last problem was that there were few umbrellas on the beach, and they were all stuck together, unlike what was advertised by VOYAGE PRIVEE, all the guests have complained about that. The only positive note is for the restaurant manager and his friendly staff, who are always polite during both lunch and dinner service.
