We spent two unforgettable weeks at this hotel, and it’s difficult to imagine a more thoughtful and well-run place. Asterios Samaras made a lasting impression on us. Even though an issue we faced was caused by an outside company, he took full ownership of helping us resolve it. His calm, genuinely human approach turned what could have been a frustrating situation into an example of what true hospitality looks like. He didn’t just listen, he acted. Thanks to him, our stay unfolded with ease and confidence. That kind of leadership defines the hotel’s spirit. When we arrived, Nina greeted us warmly with a welcome drink. She didn’t rush us. She let us breathe, let us arrive. It was a small gesture, but her kindness and attention set the tone for the day and for the rest of our stay. After a long journey, it was exactly the kind of arrival one hopes for. Our room had a stunning sea view, highly recommended! From there, it was just a short walk to the pool, the restaurant, reception, and shop. The layout was seamless, and everything was beautifully maintained. Breakfast at the Pentapolis restaurant became one of the highlights of our stay. Every morning we enjoyed made-to-order omelets, homemade pancakes and crêpes, and the freshest fruits. In the evening, the buffet was elegant and varied—with fresh oysters, sushi, and a calm, elevated atmosphere. Guests dressed well, and that effort was matched by the staff in both style and service. Ina welcomed us to dinner each evening with the grace of a Greek goddess—poised, elegant, and always attentive. She quickly learned our room number and preferences and ensured we were seated just where we felt most comfortable. Her warmth made every evening feel like a special occasion. And then there’s Ilda. She was, without exaggeration, outstanding. Top-class. Attentive, cultured, intuitive. She carried herself with warmth and elegance and knew exactly when to step in and when to step back. When we ordered champagne for a special celebration, she made the moment unforgettable: chilled glasses, fresh strawberries, and a sense that she genuinely wanted the evening to be perfect for us. On another day, we had forgotten our hand sanitizer spray at the table—she made sure it was set aside and brought it back to us the next morning at breakfast, without us even needing to ask. That level of care, combined with her ever-present smile and eye for detail, left a deep impression on us. She embodies everything you hope for in great hospitality. Nancy, her colleague, was also a standout. Always composed, always moving, helping multiple guests at once while maintaining the high standards of the restaurant. Her professionalism and efficiency anchored the dining room in a calm, collected energy. At the pool, we discovered the Lindos Spritz—a bright pink cocktail we hadn’t tried before—thanks to Olga. She was friendly, generous, and deeply engaged with everything going on. Not only did she keep the poolside running smoothly, but she also watched over safety and order without ever being intrusive. She ensured no real glass was used near the water (for safety reasons), cleared towels when guests left, and moved constantly to keep the area both clean and joyful. Her presence made the pool area feel truly cared for. We also loved swimming in the sea right by the hotel. We went snorkeling and, to our surprise, saw lionfish—five or six on our last day alone. It was thrilling, especially because even in more exotic places we hadn’t seen that kind of sea life before. Lunch at the beachside bar was another treat—delicious vegan burgers and the crispiest, most addictive French fries. It’s rare to find such well-considered vegetarian options, and they hit the mark. One day we rented a boat, and when we swam back to shore, we simply returned to the hotel for a drink. That says it all—we didn’t even want to go anywhere else. Even the small things stood out: the daily fresh water in the fridge, the high-quality shower gel, and the discreet, efficient housekeeping. Everything felt intentional and done with care. There’s truly nothing we’d change. This hotel offers not just beauty and comfort, but heart. It’s rare to find that blend—and we’re so grateful we did.
