Aqualand Resort

We stayed at Aqualand Resort Corfu as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children aged 19 and 13) and had a wonderful holiday. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, there was a safe and fridge in the room, and the balcony was a lovely place to relax. The room was cleaned every day and towels were changed when requested. The pools were excellent. We never had too much trouble finding sunbeds, especially if we went down in the morning. It was also good to see staff removing towels that had been left on beds for more than a couple of hours, which stopped people reserving them all day. The food had variety at every meal. Even picky eaters would find something to enjoy. The pool snack bar was brilliant too, serving hot dogs, wraps, chips and rolls throughout the day, and fresh waffles in the afternoon. Unlimited access to Aqualand Water Park. The hotel itself is very family-friendly, and every member of staff we met was welcoming, hardworking and always happy to help. The on-site shop was also well stocked and reasonably priced, which was really convenient. There were a couple of minor downsides. The evening entertainment was disappointing and could definitely be improved. Also, if you want to use the hotel's shuttle buses to Corfu Town or the beach, make sure you book as early as possible. Bookings can only be made the day before, and they filled up very quickly during our stay. We used the shuttle to Corfu Town once, but it drops you quite a walk from the centre, so on another day we found the local bus service to be a better option. One thing to be aware of is that there are quite a lot of steps around the resort, so it may not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues. **Pros:** * Spacious, clean rooms with excellent air conditioning * Friendly, helpful staff * Great choice of food and snacks * Lovely pools with plenty of sunbeds * Unlimited access to Aqualand Water Park * Well-stocked on-site shop * Very family-friendly atmosphere **Cons:** * Evening entertainment needs improving * Hotel shuttle buses are difficult to book and don't stop in the centre of Corfu Town Overall, we had a fantastic family holiday and would happily return.

Just come back from an amazing week away and I really can’t fault it rooms were nice and spacious. staff always willing to help. food was good got a fussy eater and he always found something. Spent a lot of time in the water park and kids loved it.

One of the best hotels we've been to, we've had very good holidays here. The best all inclusive food we've ever had, no exaggeration. Snack bars well equipped, cocktails were also very good. There were no sunbed wars as there's enough sunbeds for everyone and you can always use a sunbed in the aquapark. The aquapark was great and we really enjoyed it. The rooms were big, AC worked perfectly. The only downside would be the location as it is kind of in the middle of nowhere but there is a bus to the city and to the beach. We used the bus to the city, the road was short and in an air-conditioned bus so that was great. The location didn't bother us as we went there to mainly use the aquapark. If you go with kids, it's gonna keep them occupied for the entire stay no doubt. They have absolutely the best wave pool. Staff was also really friendly. Our 6-year-old daughter really enjoyed the mini club. Another small downside would be the beds being a bit uncomfortable and loud. Every time my husband turned in his sleep we would wake me up. Minor inconvenience: the gate connecting aquapark and the hotel opens at 11:00, while aquapark and kids club open at 10:00. Since we wanted to use the aquapark when our daughter was in the mini club, we had to go all the way round through the main gate. The gate also closes 1 before the park closes but they start kicking you out of the aquapark around 30 minutes before the closing time so it doesn't matter that much. Again, that's only a minor inconvenience. We would love to come back one day as we really, really enjoyed it!

Spent a week at this resort at the end of June. The rooms were quite spacious and cleaned everyday. Yes, we did have ants in them a few times but didn't let this bother us. The complex was very clean, the staff all very friendly, my grandson became friends with the life guards and the entertainment team - he had his best holiday ever. The food - not a huge variety but everything was nice, always found something to eat. The drinks are normal AI drinks. The entertainment was not the best but still managed to have a laugh. The hotel provides a coach into town - used this a couple of times. Would I recommend this complex - yes. Would I go back - No - but that is simply because of the location, nowhere to wander round outside of the complex. Having said that I do not regret spending my holiday there this year

Absolute s**t hole. Do not waste your money on this holiday. Dose not look like any of the pics or videos. 100% not a 4*.
