We had such an amazing experience staying at Araliya Resort, and I genuinely can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness, it instantly made us feel relaxed and valued. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning surroundings, clean and comfortable rooms, and a very peaceful atmosphere. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, making our stay feel luxurious and stress-free. What truly made our stay special, though, was the incredible staff. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to Restaurant Manager Thilina, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic dining experience every day. His professionalism and kindness really stood out. Also, a big appreciation to Divua at check in, who was extremely helpful and welcoming. She made the whole arrival process smooth and pleasant, taking the time to assist us with everything we needed. The food was excellent with a great variety, and the service throughout the resort was consistently outstanding. It’s clear that the team truly cares about their guests and takes pride in what they do. We created such lovely memories here, and I would definitely return again without hesitation. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The overall experience was comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. A special mention should go to the manager, Azlam, who was extremely friendly, professional, and attentive. He made sure guests felt well taken care of and was always approachable whenever assistance was needed. His hospitality truly enhanced the stay. To show my appreciation for his excellent service and kindness, I even took a photo with him during my stay. The food was satisfactory and met expectations, offering a decent variety. Overall, it was a good experience, and the excellent service from the management made the visit even more enjoyable.
