Our family of 12 stayed at Argo Hotel in July. We were picked up from the Airport by the owner Thanasis and he also transferred our family back to the airport when we left 8 days later. We loved our stay at Argo Hotel. We have stayed here… Show more in previous years and we will continue to do so on our return trips to Mykonos. We celebrated my daughter’s 18th birthday at Avli Tou Thodori, Argo Hotel’s sister restaurant at the beachfront of Platis Gialos. The food, drinks and flow of the dinner went really well and all the dishes we ate was of high quality, fresh and delicious. The wait staff were also attentive and obliging with our requests. It could not have gone any better. We cannot fault this hotel and their restaurant at all. I’ve listed below the top benefits of staying at Argo Hotel. • Thanasis and his sister Stavroula who own and manage the hotel are so welcoming, friendly and genuine. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanasis and Stavroula are both hands on and lead an amazing team of staff who were all so helpful, accommodating and lovely to deal with. • Rooms are stunning, spacious, modern and renovated. The rooms have a Mykonian island vibe which corresponds with the overall look and feel of this hotel. • The breakfast provided would be the best we have come across in all the Greek island hotels we have stayed at over the past 25 years. There are so many options to choose from, all fresh, tasty, clean and generous. • The hotel amenities provided on site has greatly improved that you won’t need to go anywhere else. There are two swimming pools, pool beds and umbrellas, gymnasium, a bakery with amazing pastries, cakes, pies, pitas and so much more and a Yeeros shop both located on the hotel street front. • Avli Tou Thodori restaurant – would be the best restaurant we have eaten at in Mykonos. • Beach chairs and umbrellas can be reserved at Platis Gialos Beach which is a two minute walk from Argo Hotel and located in front of their restaurant. The beach is beautiful, calm, clean and the water so cool and refreshing.
