Magic place with wonderful people

Finding a hotel in Ubud is not easy, we had the chance to discover the Arkama Dijiwa to celebrate our daughter's birthday and it was a fantastic stay, filled with beautiful moments with kind and welcoming people, they do all they fan to make you feel home, service is excellent, restaurants are great, place is soothing, such a wonderful experience !

Amazing Hotel, Even Better People!!

We had the most amazing stay at Arkamara Dijiwa. The hotel is beautiful, with a location not too far from the city centre (the complimentary shuttle service made it super convenient). The food was delicious with plenty of options, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the staff. Every single person we met was so friendly, helpful and genuinely lovely – the level of hospitality here is truly unmatched. We came for our anniversary and the General Manager actually upgraded us to a villa. It was absolutely incredible and made our trip even more special. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay a 10/10!

We had a really wonderful 4-night stay here. All the staff were very kind and always around when needed. The place felt very safe and gave us a true sense of nature. Breakfast was included and it was excellent every morning.

Our experience celebrating our honeymoon with Arkamara was absolutely perfect. The space is amazing, the location is great, and the restaurant exceeded our expectations. The best part about Arkamara though is its staff. They made themselves available to us in every way, checked in regularly, and were incredibly warm. Vini in particular made our stay extra special by giving us information about what to visit and how to organize travel. They responded to our WhatsApp questions immediately. We even had a minor issue with the door to our villa and the staff quickly had an extra lock put on the door overnight. I’ve never in my life had as attentive service as at Arkamara and cannot recommend the hotel enough.
