1. Disruptive Construction: Throughout our stay, there was constant noise from construction both inside the hotel and at an adjacent site. This made it impossible to relax in our room or enjoy common areas. We were not informed about the construction in advance, which we find misleading and unprofessional. 2. All-Inclusive Service Failures: Despite booking an all-inclusive package, many expected services were either unavailable or inconsistent. For example, the sauna required an extra charge, which is typically included in all-inclusive packages. Additionally, we were denied drinks on several occasions, which is unacceptable for an all-inclusive stay. 3. Hygiene and Safety Concerns in Dining Areas: We were deeply concerned by the poor hygiene standards in the dining areas. We witnessed a cat roaming freely in food preparation areas and even entering the kitchen. When we raised this issue, we were met with a dismissive response about the cultural significance of cats, rather than addressing the health and safety concerns we had. 4. Limited and Poor-Quality Food: The food selection was extremely limited, and we were often unsure about the freshness or safety of the meals. This was particularly disappointing for an all-inclusive stay, where we expected a variety of high-quality meals, but the food did not meet these standards. 5. Poor Condition of Hotel Facilities: The condition of the hotel’s facilities was disappointing. The Turkish bath area, in particular, showed visible mold and other signs of neglect, which reflected poorly on the hotel’s overall maintenance standards. 6. Unexpected Additional Expenses: Due to the poor food options, we had to travel to the town center several times to find decent meals, incurring unexpected taxi costs. This was frustrating for an all-inclusive booking where meals should be included.
