Bed bugs and extremely inefficient and rude staff!

Our beds had bed bugs, we reported it and they didn’t seem to care. They just changed the linens, not even apologized, no manager showed up to say anything. We asked for a discount or a gesture of some kind and didn’t even cared tonaddress the request. During a six night stay our room keys stopped working at least 5 times. Again no apology, in jne ocasion they even handed us the key ‘fixed’ only to get back to our room to find out they still didn’t work. Cherry on top of the cake was that they did not want to issue an invoice upon check out and said they would send it later but refused to address it my company. The staff is extremely inefficient and rude. Would not recommend staying here.

Great value large apartment with great service

Really enjoyed our stay at The Ascott Park Place. Room was lovely, very big and well equipped. The staff that we encountered were all very good and very helpful and gave great service. The pool area was lovely and everywhere was very clean. It is a little way away from 'touristy' places but great location for the convention centre and the Metro is 5 minutes away so you can easily get to anywhere. Would definately recommend.

We've stayed at the Ascott in Bangkok and Jakarta in the past and were really impressed with the quality of everything from the premises, the staff to the facilities provided. This encouraged us to try out the Ascott in Dubai. I have to say, it was nothing like the SEAsian Ascotts. There was nothing similar. It's like they are okay with having different standards in different regions. Definitely not considering staying here in the future.

Just opposite the exhibition center, few minutes walk, great location. Nice apartments in good shape. Pool where the sun reaches the area after lunchtime. Perfect service from the reception 24/7. Possibilities to get breakfast at the restaurant just beside the residence.

The service and the facilities are top notch. I had a very comfortable stay and will definitely make Ascott Park place my regular choice when travelling to Dubai. The housekeeping staff are always eager to assist with any needs The front desk staff are super helpful in answering any local questions and eager to go out of their way to assist in anyway.
