Special mother-daughter trip

Went on a mother-daughter trip to this beautiful hotel. We were nervous because of previous reviews. DO NOT LET THEM PUT YOU OFF. The hotel is fantastic. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby is spectacular. The gym is well-equipped. We had a massage which was fabulous - we were taken care of beautifully from start to finish - it was very special. We went half board and the food was of an excellent standard. Everywhere we went was spotlessly clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony with a lovely view over the gardens. And talking of the gardens, they are simply stunning. So well cared for and beautifully laid out. The pools are all stunning too and everything is designed so that you feel you are in a real hide-away despite the fact you’re basically in Benidorm! The surroundings were lovely and quiet. We attended a meditation class together and I also did a chi kung class, which ended up being a 1-2-1 class. The therapist was friendly, knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. All in all a wonderful holiday. We’ll be back.

Expected paradise 😳

5 min call on hold to reception should have warned me yesterday to ask a question, never got an answer Arrived this morning Early admitted so maybe ??? Yes sir your room is ready ( oh great ) But guess what 😳 Spanish couple arrives behind us and now room is not ready Same at getting towels after changing in toilets Standing at stall and guess what Spanish lady walks up and chat chat chat and two towels later off she goes with her towels Then I get towel ladies attention 10 min walk around the pool area finally finds two beds totally crammed next to each other and climb over other beds to get to them Expected paradise, not a Butlins of the 80s Let’s see how it goes from now on (Wonder if they sell ropes and sky hooks to get to the beds 😳😳)
