From check-in to check-out, my experience was disappointing. When I arrived, Sheraz from the Front Office handled my check-in alone while also dealing with other guests and a complaint over the phone, leaving me waiting in front of the reception desk. During check-out, I requested a late check-out and was granted until 2:00 pm. However, at 1:51 pm I received a call asking me to check out immediately. I clarified that I would leave at 2:00 pm, but the response I received was simply “YA” (it means i need to leave immediately) very unprofessional and dismissive. Only four minutes later, I was called again, seemingly to chase me out, even though I was already on my way. This kind of service is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Staff should be trained to communicate with professionalism and courtesy, not pressure guests out the door. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression of the hotel.
