Stay FAR AWAY !! Old photos, old reviews years back in time. No hot water, aircon broken, pool not in order never never been cleaned. Its dirty filthy everwhere. Staff use Google translate in lack of English. Looks like eveeything falling apart. Got allergy aftee 1 night, checked out day 2 of 7 !!! See photos

My first day in bali. And it was a horrible experience. No wifi, no English speaking staff. Unprofessional staff, nobody understands English and most of them are kids and no incharge. They discuss for hours and no resolution to your problem. Worst experience. Property is nice but no maintenance, doors are broken, fan not working properly, drainage problem, pool was dirty, no universal charger for charging phones.

The reviews and pictures looked great, but they did not live up to reality. When we booked the hotel advertised a shuttle bus (subject to availability) to Seminyak Square. Well, there was no availability as was explained to us as there was no shuttle bus at all. They will call a taxi for you. We were also told upon booking that our rate included afternoon tea. However if you book a week it only includes one afternoon tea. If you book the days separately then you get afternoon tea each day. We were aware we had free mini bar. Great. On check-in we were shown to our room and told the mini bar would be refilled each day. This never happened and once again was told this was an error. The pictures had a beautiful bar in the photo. This was non existent. It is a coffee shop at the front of the hotel but separate. Holes are in the walls of the rooms and the age of the villas is starting to show. The POOL. Well. I have always stayed somewhere with a beautiful pool. The picture had one. I know in rainy season it is harder to keep clean. When we arrived it was green. We were told wait one day abd it will be great. We waited the whole 8 days and it never came clean. It remained green and murky.  Then to top it all off. As we were leaving we were accused of stealing a curtain tie back. After about 10 minutes they found it sitting on the chair besides the curtain. It just topped off our experience here.

Recently stayed at astana villas can do with a major update room wasn't that clean spa had a leak pool was dirty breakfast was cold not a large selection. not worth the money you pay to stay here. location perfect would not stay here again.

Nicely set up villa very quiet yet only off the main road . Pool is great only thing is bring your own pillows they are a bit uncomfortable it’s not a complaint just recommendation staff are so eager would definitely stay there again
